How to pronounce my name

Since this is a potentially embarrassing question to ask someone in person, I have decided to include it on my website. Here I use the International Phonetic Alphabet for phonetic transcription, with particular attention to English phonemes.

My given name (Amit) is from the Hebrew עמית; it is usually pronounced /ʌˈmit/ in English.
My family name (Hazi) is an Arabic demonym حازي which was adopted into Hebrew as חזי; it is usually pronounced [ˈhɑzi] or [ˈhäzi] in English.
