Terms and Conditions for Tutors

Amit Home Tuition and Tutors

These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for tutors associated with Amit Home Tuition and Tutors. By registering as a tutor, you agree to comply with the following terms:

1. Registration and Qualification Details

1.1. The highest qualification degree and other details submitted during registration must be accurate and non-misleading. Any false or misleading information may lead to immediate termination of the tutor’s registration.

Notice: No registration fee for the top 50 teachers.

Note:- First tuition commission will be 30%, after it, we will chagre 40% on every tuition for the first month. 

        - From the second month onwards, a 10% commission will be deducted from the tutor’s fee.

2. Demo Class and Tuition Assignments

2.1. It is the tutor's responsibility to schedule a demo class within 24 hours of being assigned by Amit Home Tuition and Tutors.

2.2. If the tutor is unable to schedule the demo class within the stipulated time due to any reason, they must inform the team immediately.

2.3. Failure to conduct the demo class without informing the team may lead to cancellation of the assignment.

3. Fee Structure and Payment

3.1. Commission Structure:

Amit Home Tuition and Tutors will charge 30% of the tuition fee in the first month.

From the second month onwards, a 10% commission will be deducted from the tutor’s fee.

3.2. Fee Collection:

The tuition fee will be collected in advance by the Amit Home Tuition and Tutors team after a successful demo class.

Tutors will receive their payment after the completion of the month.

3.3. Tutors are not allowed to collect fees directly from clients. Any attempt to collect fees personally may result in immediate termination of the tutor’s registration.

4. Commitment and Discontinuation of Tuition

4.1. Once a tuition assignment has started, tutors must continue until the end of the academic year (annual exams).

4.2. If a tutor discontinues before the academic session ends, the following penalties will apply:

No payment will be made for the last month of tuition.

The tutor will not be assigned any future tuition opportunities.

5. Conduct and Compliance

5.1. Tutors are expected to maintain a professional and respectful attitude towards students, parents, and the team of Amit Home Tuition and Tutors.

5.2. Misconduct, inappropriate behavior, or any form of harassment will result in immediate termination of the tutor’s registration.

5.3. Tutors must adhere to the rules and guidelines provided by Amit Home Tuition and Tutors at all times.

6. Contract Renewal

6.1. The tuition contract will be renewed automatically after the academic session if the student progresses to the next standard and the client wishes to continue.

7. Termination of Tutor Registration

Tutor registration may be cancelled without prior notice under the following circumstances:

Misconduct towards the client or the team of Amit Home Tuition and Tutors.

Failure to complete two consecutive assignments for any reason (an additional opportunity may be considered in special circumstances).

Prolonged absenteeism without prior notice.

Violation of any terms and conditions or misinterpretation of rules.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. In case of any dispute, the decision of Amit Home Tuition and Tutors will be final and binding.
