PHILOXENIA

Our primary and ultimate solo project seeks to test our architectural expertise through the creation of a commercial hub. The objective is to design a space that not only boasts visual appeal but also demonstrates social and cultural sensitivity to its environment. Special attention will be given to utilizing timber construction and ensuring mindful material selection. Our goal is to present a proposal that not only enhances the community in our designated site but also aligns seamlessly with the assigned commercial function in our workspace, meeting the specific needs of the targeted users. 

Philoxenia Hotel embodies a blend of modern elegance and warm hospitality in its architecture. The exterior is characterized by clean lines and a sophisticated color palette, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Inside, the open layout encourages social interaction, and guest rooms showcase simple luxury with a focus on comfort.

The design incorporates locally sourced materials, connecting the building with its cultural context. Philoxenia Hotel is committed to sustainability, implementing eco-friendly practices and energy-efficient systems.
