Our group works on exploring semiconductor technology towards optoelectronics and memory storage devices.
Focussed research work includes:
• Semiconductors and thin-film technology
• Growth and characterization of one-dimensional (1-D) semiconductor nanowires
• Fabrication and characterization of semiconductor / optoelectronic devices such as
- Ultraviolet (UV) Photodiodes
- Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs) / Solar cells
- Resistive random access memory (ReRAM, Memristor)
