Research Expertise 

• More than 9 years of research experience in semiconductor thin films deposition by spray pyrolysis, thermal evaporation and RF magnetron sputtering systems

• Growth of vertically aligned ZnO nanowires with higher electrical conductivity and enhanced visible emission properties

• Realization of stable p-ZnO by dual acceptor doping of phosphorous and nitrogen

• Fabrication of ZnO based ultraviolet (UV) photodiodes with higher responsivity and fast switching speed

• Fabrication of resistive random access memory (ReRAM, Memristor) devices using MoO3 and BiFeO3 as switching layers
