About Me

I am pursuing my PhD and serving as a Graduate Research Associate at Arizona State University, where I focus on advancing research in memristor, ReRAM, and ECRAM devices. My academic journey began with a Bachelor of Science degree from the Chittagong University of Engineering & Technology (CUET), Bangladesh in 2021. After graduation, I spent two years as a lecturer at Dhaka International University, Bangladesh.

I aim to establish a research career in semiconductor materials and devices diaspore with multidisciplinary collaborations to approach problems related to next-generation emerging devices.
