I am a postdoctoral scholar at UC Davis School of Medicine, focusing on computational modeling of sex-specific mechanisms in preclinical models of HFpEF. My work spans biophysical modeling of the heart and vasculature, cardiac bioenergetics, mechanisms of drug action, interorganellar interactions in cardiomyocytes, sarcomeric mutations, and nanoparticle mechanics. I am also interested in developing and applying artificial neural networks for surrogate modeling and digital twin approaches.
Outside academia, I enjoy spending time with my family, gaming, reading, and collecting fountain pens.
