Key Responsibilities -

1. Perform fire and life safety inspections in RMG factories to identify hazards following local and international standards.

2.  Maintain accurate records, report on inspection and remediation progress, and contribute to a publicly accessible safety database.

3. Work with stakeholders (brands, factory owners, unions) to implement safety strategies and maintain effective communication for safety compliance.

4. Supported senior management in administrative tasks.

Trainee Engineer (Civil)

1. Conducted structural design and analysis for retrofitting works.

2. Developed strategic project schedules and plans.

3. Estimated material requirements for new projects. 

4. Managed on-site operations, including material procurement, labor coordination, quality control-assurance, and workflow optimization. 

5. Supported senior management in administrative tasks, including preparing BOQs, and business development initiatives.
