Do you have last-minute delivery fees?

Yes, we do have a fee of at least $30 for day-of or last-minute rentals.

What are your deposit policies?

We require a $50 non-refundable deposit through Venmo or Zelle to ensure your rental.

What is your cancellation policy?

We will keep the deposit as a cancellation fee in the event of a cancellation.

Will I be charged a delivery fee?

A delivery fee will be established at the time of booking based on location.

What is the delivery and pickup process for a park?

We start deliveries at parks as early as 8 am, please let us know the time of your event so we can try our best to accommodate.

As far as pick up goes please let us know what time would be best for you, our pickup times range from 4;30-6pm, but if you want it picked up earlier definitely let us know.

What is the delivery and pickup process for a house?

Delivery can be from as early as 8 am but if needed canopies, tables, and chairs can be dropped off the night before. As far as pick up, our hours range from 5-7 pm and should be established with our delivery drivers at drop off.

Can we keep the jumper overnight?

Yes! If your party will extend past 7 PM or overnight, we can arrange for an overnight rental. There will be an overnight charge applied of at least $75. Please make this known at the time of booking for pick-up purposes.

Can we keep tables, chairs, and canopies overnight?

Yes, these can be kept overnight at no additional charge and will be picked up the following morning. Once again please make this known at the time of booking for pick-up purposes. If you want to use them for more than one day an additional fee will be charged.
