Our Coffee Creations are house-made drinks inspired by stories, places, and the little things we love like sunsets, quiet mornings, or the sound of waves in Balingasag. They're familiar, comforting, and always made with care. Just like home.
Bay Latte
A creation drink by Amigos. Made with smooth espresso, coconut syrup, and our housemade cream cheese foam, Bay Latte is a cozy, creamy drink with just the right hint of sweetness. A tropical little comfort in every sip.
Inspired by the calm waves of our baybay, Bay Latte was made to feel soft and steady—like mornings by the sea or quiet afternoons when time slows down.
Golden skies, salty air, and that peaceful glow before the day ends—Bay Latte captures the feeling of a Balingasag sunset, all in a cup.
Spanish Latte (low-carb twist)
Our take on the classic Spanish Latte—smooth espresso, creamy milk, and a gentle sweetness from our homemade low-carb condensed milk.
Inspired by the old Balingasag church that’s still standing after all these years, our Spanish Latte is our quiet way of honoring where we came from. A classic drink made lighter with low-carb condensed milk—same warmth, just a bit more mindful.
Ube Latte
Made with creamy milk, espresso, and our own blend of ube halaya. This Ube Latte is a comforting mix of earthy and sweet—uniquely Filipino and low-carb, with no sugar added at all.
We grew up with ube in our desserts, breads, and kakanin—so why not in coffee? This drink is a soft nod to Filipino flavor, made a little lighter but still full of the warmth we love.
Shot at Vega House, one of the oldest ancestral homes in Balingasag, our Ube Latte carries a bit of local history too. Just like the house, it blends old and new in a way that still feels familiar.
Butterscotch Latte
Butterscotch Latte—low-carb, lightly spiced, and just sweet enough. The kind of drink that fits right in, whether you're at the bay, the plaza, or just pausing between places.
Some drinks just understand the mood. This one’s smooth, cinnamon-kissed, and low-carb—a quiet kind of comfort you can take anywhere in town.
There’s no big story, just a good drink that makes sense. Coffee, spice, and something familiar in the flavor—like a moment you’ve had before, somewhere close to home.
Vietnamese Coffee
Our take on Vietnamese coffee. Bold espresso, low-carb condensed milk, and our own cream instead of egg yolk. It's rich, smooth, and full of character. Just how we like it.
Traditionally made with egg yolk—we kept the spirit but made it our own. Creamy, strong, and made with low-carb ingredients so you can enjoy it without second guessing.
No one else brought this to Balingasag, so we did. Vietnamese-style coffee, done low-carb and done our way. Something new for the town, but something you'll want to come back to.
