Amigos de Gunsaulus (ADG) is a parent-led nonprofit organization dedicated to enriching the lives of 672 students at Gunsaulus Scholastic Academy. We work together to provide financial support, organize engaging events, and foster opportunities that inspire growth and learning for students and families in the Brighton Park neighborhood of Chicago.

Our Story
Amigos de Gunsaulus was founded by Vanessa Espinoza, Veronica Cornejo, and former Principal Fernando Kim. Vanessa brought valuable experience from leading similar nonprofits at her children’s schools, while Fernando’s vision of creating a “Friends of” organization aligned perfectly with her passion. Together with Veronica, they turned this dream into reality.
