There are two apps available on the Play Store and Apple Store:
AMIAPP SCHOOL – for school users to register, pair devices, and order meals.
AMIAPP – a related app with shared features to be used.
To use the APP effectively for school-related services, please access AMIAPP SCHOOL.
The AMIAPP will transform into an all-in-one service app enabling secure and contactless payments using eCredit at Chang Cheng outlets and partner brands. Users can also enjoy exclusive promotions, making the app experience even more rewarding.
No you do not have to. need to double the work! Both AMIAPP SCHOOL and AMIBOX use the same login credentials.
Just download the AMIAPP SCHOOL app, sign in with your existing account, and you’re all set to continue where you left off.
Please register the app under the parent’s name. You can then add your child’s name during pairing. An AmiAPP School Card will be issued for pairing purposes.
There is no membership fee.
Firstly, please ensure that you are using the correct mobile application, AmiAPP School. After downloading, you may proceed to pair your child's details and card accordingly.
Chang Cheng has launched an initiative, AMIBOX SCHOOL, where parents (i.e. user) can order meal in advance via a mobile APP, AMIAPP SCHOOL, and their children (i.e. students) can collect their meal from the smart food terminal.
This initiative helps to avoid long queues and ensure a smooth dining experience — that delivers freshly cooked healthy meals on time.
Download the AMIAPP School using the link provided by your school. Follow the instructions to create an account and verify your mobile number.
While both parents can download the app, only one account can be paired at a time (either mother or father) to avoid duplicate order submissions.
You can register multiple student accounts under a single mobile number
Tap “Forgot Password” on the login screen, key in your registered mobile number and reset via Email or SMS. Should you encounter any difficulties, please write in to us at feedback@changcheng.com.sg
AMIAPP School Credit is a credit which parents (Users) can purchase first, and redeem during the purchase of the meal. 01 (One) credit is equivalent to 01 (One) Singapore dollar (SGD).
No, AMIAPP School Credits will not expired as long as your account is still valid.
Go to eCard section in the AMIAPP School, select your preferred amount, and complete payment through the available payment options.
AMIAPP School Credits is non-transferrable.
Log in to the AMIAPP School, browse the available menu, select your preferred items, and proceed to check out. Payment will be made using the AMIAPP School credits.
Yes, you can order your meals up to 7 days in advance.
Parents (i.e. Users) are required to place the order one day in advance (cut-off at 1pm).
Users may amend or cancel their orders at least one day before the collection date, before 1:00 PM. Please refer to the guide below:
The meals will be removed after recess time.
Your child/ Student can approach our drinks counter or Ami App Staffs to open AMIBOX School terminals.
Yes there are lights bites, however we encourage you to preorder and secure your meal in advance. This is to make sure you don’t miss out!
Our drinks stall will have snacks and light meals available for purchase, while stocks last.
If your child accidentally drops their Bento, please approach our drinks counter for assistance. Our staff will do their best to help with a replacement, subject to availability.
The lockers have been built according to the student volume provided by the school. There will be sufficient food lockers catered for all registered students.
Your child may purchase a replacement card at the school's drinks stall for $10. In the meantime, if your child has existing orders linked to the lost or damaged card, they may approach the on-site staff for assistance with meal collection. Please do not delete your account, as your existing order history and account information will remain linked to it.
After obtaining the new card, please update the card details in the AmiAPP School by following these steps:
Cards > Tap the "+" icon (top right) > Edit Child Details > Scan the QR code on the new card to pair it with your child's account.
Once the new card has been successfully paired, your child can use it for future meal orders and locker collection.
You may purchase AMIAPP School Credits using PayNow, PayLah, VISA & MASTER.
Your meal can only to be purchased using our AMIAPP School Credits.
Parents can submit the official Medical Certificate (MC) through the AMIAPP School within seven (07) calendar days. The AMIAPP School Credits will be credited back to your account once the MC has been verified. MC refunds apply to one day of food orders only as orders should be cancelled on the first day after you are notified when your child is unable to attend school. Please refer to our FAQ for order cancellation guide.
Once your MC refund has been approved, the credits will be returned to your AmiAPP School account within 5 working days from submission. Please refer to your app notifications button, located on the top right bell icon, for the refund update.

We will address all potential allergens in each meal’s description box. Parents can review ingredients and select meals safely based on their child’s dietary needs.
Your child may purchase a replacement card at the school's drinks stall for $10. Until then, your child may approach the on-site staff for assistance in collecting any existing orders linked to the lost or damaged card.
Once the new card has been purchased, please update the card details in the AmiAPP School:
Cards > "+" (top right) > Edit Child Details > Scan the new card's QR code to pair it with your account.
After obtaining a replacement card, simply pair the new card in AmiAPP School using the same FAS code issued by the school. There is no need to request a new FAS code.
Kindly do not delete your account, as this may affect your existing account information and orders.
Please ensure that you have enter the FAS referral code on your child's pairing page. If the issue persists, please contact us through the feedback icon for further assistance.
Do note that FAS credits are renewed on a weekly basis and will be credited by the end of Saturday. If your child has fully utilised the FAS credits for the week, please wait for the next credit renewal. In the meantime, you may either top up credits to your child’s general FAS card to place orders, or provide your child with some cash to purchase food from the drinks stall, if required.
