Office 2019 Black Theme Missing [2021]

Hi all, I have the weirdest problem. I have Office 365 on my Mac, newest version 16.77. The thing is, in Word / Word preferences / General / Personalise, I cannot select an alternative Office theme. The option is simply missing. It drives me crazy, b/c I hate the standard blue bar of Word. Does anyone have a clue what is going on?

Conflictingly, the autokey-gtk phrase-editor is indeed properly inheriting the caret-color (typing cursor color) from the GMONE theme. The typing-cursor is not "missing"; it is there, but because its color is the same color as the background-color, it is invisible to the human eye.

At any given time, up to 100,000 persons may be reported missing in the United States with as many as 600,000 reported annually.[1] While many of these individuals are found alive and well, some become long-term missing persons. At the same time, federal, state and local medicolegal death investigators are constantly working to provide names to thousands of deceased persons nationwide. My theme is missing my index.php page. So I went and made one which loaded some of the site. But I am not that great with code. So it has loaded my site but there is nothing. I understanding from reading that my index page has not connected with my child theme I think.
