Amezix is a store finder app where store-related data is displayed to users so they can discover nearby stores and view available products. This policy applies only to the Amezix Store Partner App.

We collect limited information that is necessary to operate the platform. This includes store name, store address, and store location (either GPS-based or manually provided). We also collect store operational details such as store open or close status and product information including product name, price, and availability. If provided by the store partner, we may also collect basic contact information such as a mobile number.

2. Purpose of Data Collection

The information collected is used to register and manage the store on the Amezix platform. It is used to display the store and its listed products on the Amezix user-facing app. Location information helps users find nearby stores. Store status information is used to show whether a store is currently open or closed. Data may also be used to improve app functionality and overall service quality.

3. Use of Location Information

Store location data is used only to enable store discovery and related services within the Amezix platform. Location information is not used for any unrelated or unauthorized purposes. The use of location data is limited strictly to Amezix services.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Store name, store location, and product details may be visible to users on the Amezix app. We do not sell, rent, or trade store partner data to third parties. Information may be disclosed only if required by applicable law or government authorities.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect store partner data from unauthorized access, misuse, or loss. Access to data is restricted to authorized personnel only. However, no method of data transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

6. Store Partner Control

Store partners can update or modify their store information at any time through the app. They can add, update, or remove products and change store availability by turning the store on or off as required.
