The Arroyo Research Services (ARS) Migrant Education Practice outreach team will review its identification and recruitment (ID&R) data analysis process that supports the efficient outreach and enrollment of migratory children. The team will analyze data related to the presence of migratory children and youth using MEP data sources along with publicly available information related to the presence of migratory farmworkers and fishers. This analysis includes information about areas that indicate strong ID&R planning, efficiency and execution, and a gap analysis to determine where the MEP may be missing migratory children and youth.
The ARS Migrant Education Practice is part of Arroyo Research Services, an education research, monitoring and evaluation firm based in Asheville, NC. The ARS Migrant Education Practice helps state education agencies, school districts, and other educational organizations run excellent and compliant Title I, Part C Migrant Education Programs.
