If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your:

Prices are quoted in United States Dollars, and you acknowledge that you must pay in the designated currency in which our product price is quoted and/or selected. If you do not hold an account in the relevant currency, you may pay by debit or credit card (must be accepted by Americopedia’s payment options), and your card company and/or bank should exchange the amount charged to the currency of your country at the United States Dollars’ current rate. Payment may be required before the product is required (to ensure security for the transaction), and, if not, payment is due from the moment the order is placed and/or accepted. After you have submitted your order, Americopedia may take and shall be entitled to receive the designated payment as is due in respect of the order placed. Payment may be made by credit card, debit card, or any other such method as Americopedia may introduce at our sole discretion. You also acknowledge that we reserve the right to accept or refuse any payment made in any form. We aim to debit money from your account within 7-14 business days after receiving your Order. You will not be charged for any orders that can not be placed and/or fulfilled, and when appropriate (deemed at our sole discretion), we may refund any sum deducted by Americopedia. Americopedia can not guarantee all products and services for sale and usage on our website will always be available. To maximize security details, The Americopedia Website does not hold any credit/debit card details. They are held by third party payment providers. Your credit/debit card company and/or bank may also do security checks to confirm it is indeed you making the order placed on The Americopedia Website. Your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms and conditions.

Currently, we do not have anything available to purchase, although we are planning to release purchasable content in the future. Americopedia will currently not ask for your payment information as well as your billing address. If you see a notification asking for the aforementioned information; DO NOT enter your information. We are not liable or responsible for any purchases made on the website as we do not currently allow purchasable content on the website.

Donations

Americopedia currently allows donations via the Cash App payment application, but we do plan to expand our donation options in the future. Donations made to Americopedia are ineligible for refunds after the donations have been processed through the Cash App application. As we look to expand our donation options, we may relieve the terms and conditions in which donations are ineligible for refunds.

Termination

Users who access our website are free to stop using The Americopedia Website at any time at their discretion. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Services at any time at our discretion (and without notice). We may terminate Users’ Services if they do not comply with the Terms and Services detailed here, or use the services in a manner that would cause us legal liability, disrupt the Services of other Users. We also reserve the right to to delete your account at any time at our sole discretion.

Acknowledgement
