Inner Voice is a solo piano/voice album of originals, arrangements of jazz standards and lyricizations of instrumental jazz tunes. Carl Menk, founder of Syntrak Studios, recorded, produced and engineered the album from the Menk's home in Le Center. Each chart on Inner Voice has a specific dedication and backstory which are listed below:

03. How Many More - In memory of the children who were murdered in Uvalde, Texas in 2022, and to all victims of senseless gun violence

06. Guess Who I Saw Today - Dedicated to my vocal professor, Dr. Snapp, who taught me how to tell a story
