It is strongly recommended that you thoroughly read and fully comprehend the entire content of this policy before opening the app for the first time, registering an account, or using our services, and make informed choices accordingly. If you do not agree with the contents of this policy, we will be unable to provide you with the full range of products and services, and you should immediately cease using the Amendo Partner App and its related services. By commencing use of our products or services, you are deemed to have fully and completely read, understood, and agreed to all the terms of this policy, including our collection, use, storage, and provision of your personal information to third parties in accordance with this policy, enabling you to enjoy quality and convenient services while better protecting your account and financial security.
This policy applies to the collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal information within the jurisdiction of Singapore.
I.How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
(I)The Personal Information We Collect
1.When using the Amendo Partner App and associated services, you acknowledge and consent that we will collect and use specific categories of your personal information in accordance with the corresponding purposes under different scenarios. This is to deliver services to you, enhance our service quality, safeguard your account and financial security, and comply with national laws, regulations, and relevant regulatory requirements.
(1) Information Required to Assist You in Completing Registration/Log-In/Order Acceptance/Service Provision
To register or log in to your Amendo Partner account and provide on-site services, the following information is required: account details (phone number, verification code, and password), basic identity details (name, ID number, ID card, facial recognition), proof of professional competence (electrician license, plumbing license, locksmith registration certificate, etc.), and work location (city of residence, service area). Additionally, we may verify your credit history, criminal background, and any other records or conditions that might disqualify you as a service provider. If you are a service provider aged 63 or above, proof of physical fitness may also be required. Refusal to provide this information will result in the platform being unable to provide you with the corresponding services.
The text, photo, or video content submitted during the use of Amendo Partner products/services may include or be connected to personal information, and strict protection will be applied to the personal information involved in the aforementioned content.
(2)Information Required from You for Payment/Settlement/Withdrawal
When engaging in payment, settlement, or withdrawal activities on Amendo Partner’s products/services, it is required to provide bank account information, including the bank card number, the cardholder’s name, and the mobile phone number registered with the bank account.
2.Information We Collect During Your Use of Services
When you use the services we provide, our system may automatically collect the following information through SDKs or other means:
(1) To ensure that you can properly use the online order-taking function and complete the corresponding on-site services, as well as to protect the security of your account, transactions, and system operations, we may, upon your authorization, collect your device information during your use of the Amendo Partner products/services. This includes device model, device serial number, device identifiers (such as android_id, MAC address, IMEI, IMSI, and SD card data), accelerometer (SensorManager), and the list of installed applications.
(2) To provide you with location-based services, facilitate online order acceptance, manage orders, and better complete on-site services, your location information will be collected (based on Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, cell tower, and sensor data).
(3) To display the interface in the correct orientation, the Amendo Partner App will retrieve accelerometer (SensorManager) information to aid in the UI presentation.
3.Instances of Collecting and Using Your Personal Information Through System Permissions
To ensure the normal operation of relevant business functions, it is necessary to request specific permissions based on the particular usage scenario.Prior to invoking these permissions, a prompt will be displayed to seek your consent. The specific permissions and their purposes are outlined as follows:
(1) Location Access: Access to precise location data is permitted, used for scenarios such as order dispatching and on-site check-ins.
(2) Camera Access:Access to camera equipment is required for taking photos in scenarios such as goods inspection, pickup, and order completion.
(3) Contacts Access:The application is allowed to read the user’s contact data, which will be used for contacting customers or merchants, adding on-site personnel, and inviting members to form teams.
(4) Wireless Status Access: The application is permitted to access information about wireless networks, which will be used to determine whether Amendo Partner (formerly Order Easy) is connected to the internet and capable of completing order dispatch.
(5) Recording: The application is allowed to record audio, which will be used for uploading audio evidence in case of disputes during the service process.
(6) Video Recording: The application is permitted to record videos, which will be used for documenting proof during goods inspection, pickup, and order completion.
(7) Modify Audio Settings: The application is authorized to modify audio settings, which will be used for setting personalized ringtones when orders are pushed to the service provider.
(8) Storage: The application is allowed to store data, which will be used for uploading service photos and sharing completion photos by the service provider.
4.You are fully aware that, as per the relevant laws and regulations, we may lawfully collect and use your personal information without obtaining your consent under the following circumstances:
(1) When directly related to national security or defense security;
(2) When directly related to public safety, public health, or major public interests;
(3) When directly related to criminal investigations, prosecutions, trials, and the enforcement of judgments;
(4) When it is necessary for the protection of your or another individual's life, property, or other significant legal rights and interests, and it is difficult to obtain your consent;
(5) When the personal information involved is disclosed to the public by you;
(6) When it is necessary for the signing and fulfillment of a contract at your request;
(7) When personal information is collected from legally disclosed information, such as lawful news reports, government information disclosure, and other channels;
(8) When it is necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the products or services provided, such as detecting and addressing product or service malfunctions.
(II) Rules for the Use of Your Personal Information
1. Personal information collected shall be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy and used to achieve the functionality of our products and/or services.
2. To ensure the stability and security of services, your information shall be applied for purposes such as identity verification, security measures, fraud detection, prevention or prohibition of illegal activities, risk reduction, archiving, and backup.
3. Reporting to relevant authorities shall be conducted in compliance with legal regulations or regulatory requirements.
4. After collecting your personal information, technical measures shall be employed to desensitize and de-identify the data, rendering it impossible to identify the subject. Please acknowledge and agree that, under these circumstances, comprehensive statistical analysis and processing of your information may be conducted to provide you with more accurate, personalized, smooth, and convenient services, or to assist in evaluating, improving, or participating in service and operational activities.
5. Please be aware that all personal information provided during your use of our products and/or services shall continue to be authorized for use throughout the duration of your usage, unless you delete the information or refuse collection through system settings. Upon account deactivation, the use of your personal information shall cease, and it will be deleted or anonymized.
6. Statistics on the usage of our products and/or services shall be compiled, and these statistical data may be shared with the public or third parties to demonstrate overall usage trends. However, these statistics will not contain any personally identifiable information.
7. If your personal information is to be used for purposes not specified in this policy, or if information collected for a specific purpose is to be used for another purpose, additional consent shall be sought from you in accordance with legal regulations and national standards, through confirmation agreements or written confirmation actions tailored to specific scenarios.
II. How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies
To ensure a smoother and more convenient user experience, small data files known as "Cookies" may be employed to identify your identity when using the App and related services, thereby reducing the frequency and amount of information you need to input. Cookies typically contain identifiers, site names, and certain numbers and characters. Through the use of Cookies, the website is able to store data generated during your use of the App.
Cookies shall not be applied for any purposes beyond those specified in this policy. The Cookies that store your data are unique, and most web browsers possess the capability to block Cookies. They may only be accessed by the web server within the domain that issued the Cookie. Cookies may be managed or deleted according to your preferences, and all Cookies stored on your device may be cleared at any time. However, such actions may hinder your ability to fully experience the Amendo Partner web services or features that depend on Cookies.
II.How Your Personal Information Is Protected and Stored
(I)Protection of Personal Information
To safeguard your information, a range of security measures, including physical, electronic, and administrative protections that meet industry standards, are diligently implemented to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification, damage, or loss. Every reasonable and feasible measure will be taken to protect your personal information, including the use of encryption technology to ensure data confidentiality; the deployment of trusted protection mechanisms to prevent malicious attacks on data; the implementation of access control mechanisms to ensure that only authorized personnel can access personal information; and the provision of security and privacy protection training courses to enhance employees' awareness of the importance of protecting personal information.
In the unfortunate event of a personal information security incident, notification will be provided to you promptly, in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. This notification will include the basic details of the incident, its potential impact, the measures that have been taken or will be taken to address the situation, suggestions on how you can independently prevent and mitigate risks, and any remedial measures available to you. The relevant details of the incident will be communicated to you through email, letter, telephone, or push notifications. If it is difficult to notify each individual affected, a reasonable and effective public announcement will be made. Additionally, the incident will be proactively reported to the relevant regulatory authorities as required.
(II)Storage of Personal Information
1.Location of Information Storage
User personal information collected within Singapore is stored in Singapore in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. If personal information is transferred from Singapore to another country, such transfer is conducted in strict compliance with the law.
2. Duration of Information Storage
Generally, personal information is retained only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required by law. The duration of personal information storage is primarily determined by the following criteria, with the longer period prevailing:
(1) To fulfill the purposes related to your transaction, maintain corresponding transaction and business records, and respond to any inquiries or complaints you may have;
(2) To ensure the security and quality of the services we provide to you;
(3) To determine if there are any other special agreements regarding retention periods. After the retention period has expired, we will delete your personal information or anonymize it in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
In the event that our products or services cease operations, we will notify you via push notifications, announcements, or other means, and will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable timeframe.
VI. How We Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Your Personal Information
(I) Sharing
Your personal information will not be provided, sold, leased, shared, or traded to any unrelated third parties without prior consent, unless such third parties and Amendo Partner (including Amendo Partner's affiliated companies) independently or jointly provide services to you. Upon the completion of such services, these third parties will be prohibited from accessing any of the information they were previously able to access.No third party is permitted to collect, edit, sell, or freely distribute your personal information by any means. If any user of the Amendo Partner platform engages in such activities, Amendo Partner reserves the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with that user.
For purposes related to map navigation and other location-based services, products may embed partners' SDKs or similar applications. For example, the Google SDK requires enabling location services on the device and collects information related to the device's location, device identifiers, and network-related data.

(II) Transfer

3. 1. Except in specific circumstances, such as displaying anonymized nicknames and phone numbers of winners in lottery events, your personal information will generally not be publicly disclosed. V. How We Handle the Protection of Minors' Personal Information
1. Our products, websites, and services are intended for adults, and minors are not permitted to create their own user accounts. In cases where personal information of minors is collected with parental consent, such information will only be used or disclosed when permitted by law, with explicit consent from parents or guardians, or when necessary to protect the child.
2. Although the definition of a minor may vary according to local laws and customs, we consider anyone under the age of 18 to be a minor.
3. If it is discovered that personal information of a minor has been collected without verifiable parental consent, efforts will be made to promptly delete the relevant data.
VI .Your Rights
In accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards in Singapore, as well as common practices in other countries and regions, your rights concerning your personal information are safeguarded as follows:
(1) Access, Correction, and Deletion of Your Personal Information
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information, except in cases where exceptions are provided by law.
1. You can access and correct your identity information (such as name, identification number, phone number, and address) and account information (such as password and profile picture) by navigating to "My → Personal Information → Basic Information."
2. You can review and manage your orders (including order type, order status, order date, and transaction amount) under "Orders."
3. You can delete some of your information through the paths listed in point 1 or delete all your information by canceling your account through "My → Settings → Cancel Account."
You may request the deletion of your personal information under the following circumstances:
(1) If our processing of personal information violates laws or regulations;
(2) If we collect or use your personal information without obtaining your consent;
(3) If our processing of personal information violates the agreement with you;
(4) If you no longer use our products or services, or if you have canceled your account;
(5) If we no longer provide products or services to you.
If we decide to comply with your deletion request, we will also notify any entities that have received your personal information from us, requesting that they promptly delete it, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations or if these entities have obtained your independent authorization.
After you delete information from our services, the corresponding information may not be immediately removed from backup systems but will be deleted when the backup is updated.
(II) Account Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your account, you can initiate the process in the Amendo Partner App under "My → Settings → Cancel Account." The following conditions must be met for cancellation: no outstanding financial issues, all orders must be completed, and there must be no ongoing refund/dispute records or risks. Once the cancellation is successful, all account information, identity verification information, level and rights information, and other data retained on the Amendo platform will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Canceling the Amendo Partner account does not exempt or reduce any responsibilities or liabilities related to actions taken under the account prior to cancellation.
(III ) Obtaining a Copy of Your Personal Information
You are entitled to access a copy of your personal information. If you wish to obtain a copy of your personal data collected by us, you may do so by selecting "My → Contact Customer Service." Our customer service representative will verify your personal information by confirming your name, phone number, and the last six digits of your identification card. Once verification is complete, a copy of your personal information will be provided to you via the app's online customer service. Provided that it complies with applicable laws and is technically feasible, a copy of your personal information will be made available to you based on your request.
(IV) Constraints on Automated Decision-Making by Information Systems
In certain business functions, decisions may be made solely based on automated decision-making mechanisms, including information systems and algorithms, without human intervention. If these decisions significantly affect your legitimate rights and interests, you have the right to request an explanation, and appropriate remedies will be provided.
(V ) Responding to Your Requests
Any questions, suggestions, opinions, or complaints can be submitted through "My → My Customer Service." To ensure security, processing will occur after necessary identity verification, with a response provided within a maximum of 15 working days or within the timeframe specified by laws and regulations. Generally, no fee will be charged for reasonable requests. However, in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and national standards, the following circumstances may prevent a response to your request:
(1) When the request is directly related to national security or defense security;
(2) When the request is related to public safety, public health, or significant public interests;
(3) When the request is related to criminal investigations, prosecutions, trials, or the execution of judgments;
(4) When there is sufficient evidence to prove that you have malicious intent or are abusing your rights;
(5) When it is difficult to obtain your consent but is necessary to protect your or another individual's life, property, or other significant legal rights;
(6) When responding to your request would cause serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests of other individuals, personal information subjects, or organizations;
(7) When the request involves trade secrets.
VII.Global Transfer of Your Personal Information
Personal information collected and generated during operations within Singapore is stored within Singapore, except in the following circumstances:
1. Where laws and regulations explicitly require otherwise;
2. Where explicit authorization has been obtained from you.
In these cases, adequate protection for your personal information will be ensured in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
VIII. Updates to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be subject to change.
Your rights under this policy will not be reduced without your explicit consent. In the event of significant changes to this policy, you will be promptly notified through a pop-up alert. Significant changes include but are not limited to:
