This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which AME Mobile Inc. ("AME Mobile") provides, collects, uses, maintains subscriptions and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the apps we published ("APPS").

Auto-renewing Subscription

If you have an app with auto-renewing subscription, our policy will apply as follows:

• Subscription: You can have 6 month or 1 year subscription length and within this time period you can use Message Actually without restriction. Your subscription will be renewing automatically if there is no user cancel.
• Price: There are two type of subscription and different price for each subscription.
• Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable

Personal identification information

We don't collect any user information for normal use of our APPS but may use personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways in connection with activities, services, features or resources we make available if APPS have ads.

How we use collected information

AME Mobile may use Users personal information for the following purposes:

• To run and operate our APPS: We may need your information to display content on the APPS correctly.
• To improve customer service: Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.

Sharing your personal information

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.

Advertising

Ads appearing on our APPS may be delivered to Users by advertising partners, who may set cookies. These cookies allow the ad server to recognize your computer each time they send you an online advertisement to compile non personal identification information about you or others who use your computer. This information allows ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. This privacy policy does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers.

Changes to this privacy policy

AME Mobile has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will post a notification on the main page of our Site. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

Your acceptance of these terms

By using our APPS, you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our APPS. Your continued use of the APPS following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
