Originally from New Haven, CT, I earned my bachelor's degree in Geology and Environmental Studies from Oberlin College. I worked for USGS on stream gaging in Hew Hampshre and Vermont. I also did reservoir permitting and long-range planning while at a water utility in Colorado. My research at MSU is focused on ecohydrology, large scale watershed hydrology, and land-atmosphere water fluxes. My preliminary research focuses on investigating spatial and temporal trends in water chemistry data in the Tenderfoot Creek Experimental Forest, Montana. I plan to use my passion for applied hydrology to form connections between water utilities and water users. In my free time, I have fun being a jack of all hobbies, enjoying hiking, cross country skiing, cooking, embroidery and aerial arts.
