As a teacher, I will make sure to emphasize the need to use critical thinking in the classroom. I will make sure my students learn to analyze, interpret, evaluate, use problem-solving skills, and reflect on the information given to them and form a concise conclusion or strong argument.

I will make an effort to encourage creativity in the classroom so that students can express themselves and become more engaged in the subject that they are learning. Some ways that I will do this is by having in-class brainstorming sessions, including lots of hands-on activities, and find ways to incorporate art, music and culture into my lessons.
