Ms. I-Hui Chen obtained her M.S. degree in Materials Science and Engineering from National Taipei University of Technology. Before joining the AMC Lab in 2021, she had 23 years of experience as a TEM (Transmission Electron Microscope) facility manager at National Tsing Hua University and Academia Sinica, earning high recognition in Taiwan’s TEM community. Throughout her career, she has been responsible for operating and maintaining a wide range of TEM systems, including a 400 kV analytical TEM. She is now the facility manager and primary operator of the state-of-the-art double spherical aberration–corrected (Cs-corrected) 300 kV AC-TEM, the JEOL JEM-ARM300F2.
Ms. Ying-Feng Huang received her B.S. degree from Yuanpei University of Medical Technology in Taiwan. She spent two years at TSMC (Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company) working as a production technician, followed by 12 years at Academia Sinica as a process engineer and facility manager in the Nanotechnology Corefacility Lab. Ms. Huang was invited to join the AMC Lab in 2021 and has since been working as an SEM (scanning electron microscope) application engineer.
