This Application was created by Fabio Raffaelli (the "Service Provider") as a Free service. The Application collects information when you download and use it. This may include:
Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address.
The pages of the Application you visit, including the date, time, and duration of your visit.
The operating system used on your mobile device.
The Application requires access to your device's microphone to provide its core voice translation functionality.
Purpose: To capture the patient's or user's speech and convert it into text for real-time translation during emergency medical interactions.
Processing: Audio data is processed in real-time. If using on-device translation (Google ML Kit), processing occurs locally. For speech recognition, the app may use Google Speech Services.
Retention: The Service Provider does not collect, record, or store your audio recordings on any server. The audio is used exclusively for the immediate translation task and is discarded immediately after processing.
The Application utilizes location data to provide and improve services:
Geolocation Services: Used to provide personalized content and location-based recommendations.
Analytics: Aggregated and anonymized data helps identify trends and improve performance.
Third-Party Services: Anonymized location data may be transmitted to external services to optimize the Application’s offerings.
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services. The Service Provider may disclose information:

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. Use the standard uninstall processes available via your mobile device or the mobile application marketplace.
The Service Provider will retain User-Provided data for as long as you use the Application.

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Users must be at least 16 years of age to consent to the processing of personal data (depending on local laws). If a parent becomes aware of unauthorized data collection, contact us immediately.
