Words about AMBT 2021

After the recent success of our two International Conferences: Smart Materials for Sustainable Technology (SMST-2020) in Goa and Functional Nanomaterials (ICFNM-2019) in Varanasi, the Society for Interdisciplinary Research in Materials and Biology (SIRMB) in conjunction with the Indian Institute of Technology (BHU) is proud to present its 3rd International Conference (virtual mode) on Advanced Materials for Better Tomorrow (AMBT-2021): Impacting Energy, Health, and Environment.

The event will provide an interdisciplinary forum for scientists, researchers, and young students across the globe to present their insightful research work and to instigate discussions on the progress and challenges in the field of next-generation materials with a focus on improving the three crucial necessities of humankind: Energy, Health, and Environment. Various awards will be given to young scientists and students sponsored by Hiden Analyticals Ltd. (UK). Please visit the awards page for more details.

Focus Areas

In the present world, materials plays a vital role in the development and optimization of essential technologies relevant for the upliftment of the human race.

AMBT 2021 is therefore aptly devoted to the Design, Synthesis and Applications of the advanced materials contributing to following fields:

  • Nanomaterials
  • Energy Conversion and Storage - Batteries and Capacitors
  • Renewable Energy- Solar Energy, Photo-voltaics, Fuel Cells
  • Sensors and Biosensors - Determination of Biomolecules, Toxic metals, Pesticides, Biomarkers etc.
  • CO2 Capture and Conversion
  • Catalysis
  • Water Treatment
  • Drug Delivery
  • Bio-imaging
  • Biomedical Engineering
