Our Mission
Our mission is to help farmers in Colombia while bringing a delicious and healthy snack to the market. Sacha Inchi is filled with complete vegan protein, amino acids, vitamins and Omegas 3, 6 and 9. Once we saw the wonderful properties of Sacha Inchi and the need for a product that could improve the economy in Colombia, we knew that we had to build this project. Our journey hasn't been easy but it has been incredibly fulfilling and it's far from over. We invite you to join us as we spread word of this superfood all over the world and help Colombia flourish into the beautiful it's meant to be.

She introduced Inca Seeds (Sacha Inchi) to the USA, Japan, Europe and China. Developed different flavors and the process to produce the Inca Snacks Brand. She has worked with the farmers in Colombia to help them to grow Inca Seeds instead of illegal crops.

She worked extremely hard to develop the correct process to transform Sacha Inchi into our current products. Working with Sacha Inchi is extremely difficult because the seeds naturally have a very bitter taste. She worked everyday for years to develop the correct process to transform the seed into our snack, powder, beverage and animal food. Sacha Inchi is a real super-food, high in Omega 3,6,9, along with a complete vegan protein with all 9 amino acids needed for a balanced diet. She is developing now the Ambrosia Animals Brand Pet Brand, designed with Sacha Inchi powder so that she can give Omegas 3,6 and 9 and complete protein for all animals because just like humans, they deserve the best we can give them. She wants to create the best products for animals due to her life dream to make a better world for all of our little animal friends.

Darlin utilizes her time to ensure that she gets as much done as she can in a day. She thrives in a fast paced environment. She continually works to better her education and gain more skills. Her love and devotion towards her son is unparalleled. She works so hard for him and to give him such a wonderful and incredible life, filled with love and happiness.

She works on our social projects such as collaborating with small farmers to improve their lives. And she also does the research for our marketing strategies and new ways to bring our product to the public. Additionally, she likes to create many recipes with our seeds, such as adding Sacha Inchi to her baked treats and her daily meals. Through this project with Sacha Inchi, she wants to make the world a better place. She graduated in 2020 from Florida Virtual School. She is bilingual( English and Spanish). She is also currently learning other languages such as German and Arabic. She has traveled to various countries and learned from each culture she experienced, which is one of the reasons why she is so passionate about helping to improve the world.

He keeps our social media alive with videos and information about our new products. He helps to film and edit our Youtube videos and videos that you see on the beautiful website, which was designed and managed by him. He posts new updates along with updates on our stocks. One of the most important things about a company is the customers, and with that comes sales and keeping them happy. Anthony prides himself on the best customer service he can offer and getting everyone the best offers that he can. He graduated from Spruce Creek High School in 2020. He speaks English and some Hebrew, he is in the process of learning Arabic as well. As well as studying in high school, he also dual enrolled into Daytona State College for his A.A. With graduating high school, he is still pursing and enrolled in college. His dream is to go for a doctorate in Interventional Radiology and while doing the things he loves to do.

She handles the quality control for the Sacha Inchi we receive. She checks the Sacha Inchi that we receive and insures that it is the very best we can receive. She also manages our website and shipping orders. Additionally, she speaks both English and Spanish which helps her in her job as an executive assistant. She has attended various meetings and seminars where she learned about various things, such as how to better manage our website and the best ways to help your customers.
