Green Wellbeing Opportunities fairs
Northumberland Wildlife Trust are holding a number of small information sharing events celebrating and bringing together local nature groups and organisations across South East Northumberland. This is a chance for everyone to learn about the brilliant and vibrant voluntary opportunities in nature and green based activities that can have a real beneficial effect on our mental and physical wellbeing.
These free drop in events may include:
Information about green social prescribing activities and volunteer opportunities available in South East Northumberland for you to take away.
An introduction to green social prescribing and benefits of nature for health.
Discussions around the barriers to accessing green social prescribing activities and pathways for service users.
Hot drinks, cakes, biscuits and healthy snacks.

Green Wellbeing Opportunities Fairs will be running to public at the following venues:
Saturday 2nd Nov, 11am-2pm @ Hauxley Nature Reserve, Hauxley Ln, Low Hauxley, Northumberland, NE65 0JR
Monday 4th Nov, 11am-2pm @ Hirst Park Pavilion, Hirst Park, Ashington NE63 9BA
Monday 11th Nov, 11am-2pm @ Ridley Park Pavilion, Wensleydale Terrace, Blyth, NE24 3HF
Wednesday 13th Nov, 11am-2pm Newbiggin Sports & Community Hub, Woodhorn Rd, Newbiggin-by-the-Sea, NE64 6HG
A “Pop up” Northumberland Wildlife Trust information stall will also appear at:
