We just had a server update! Release Notifications, (The role I previously mentioned), has been changed to update notifications. This means that any major server update will ping you (Unless you dont have the role)! 

Members without notifications have been kicked.

Due to the change in ⁠Channels & Roles, members that have no roles or dont speak often in the server have been kicked. If you know a friend who is missing this server, invite them!

Melon Entertainment (Category) has been changed to "Zae's Comics"

This is a change to bring in a comic called "Bleepo" and "Interstellar Anomalies" 

In October 2021; before Comic Central or Melon Entertainment, Bleepo was made by Zae. Bleepo was a comic about a young, pale alien boy who finds out how to live on planet Earth. This comic did not work out, after the first five pages the comic was lost. Late August 2023 all five pages were found and it's planned to continue in a high-quality, digital way.

Made in February 2023; Interstellar Anomalies is planned to be an alternate universe to the original Melon Entertainment universe. Interstellar Anomalies features a mafia or gang-type genre. Made by VisualAnimations; They feature many histories and abilities in abstract, different ways than Melon Entertainment.

A thing I wanted to add to this server for a long time is a Mod Applications.

These are now in development but it won't be opened until we reach 50+ members You could apply for Website Moderator, Discord Server Moderator, YouTube Moderator, and Fandom Moderator.

Comic Central is no more! Welcome to Ambitious Comics! 

You probably noticed the name and the color of our server and website change! 

This rebrand is due to Comic Central being confused with Comedy Central, and Comic Central already exists as its own. So to create a difference between what I make and what others make; I renamed/rebranded to Ambitious Comics.

Relocation to Google Slides

The neocities website was not essentially removed but redirected. All of the info code and data from the website is now written entirely in Google Slides! 

This made it quite easier for us to edit the website within a group and ship all of your favorite comics into a Google Drive that keeps everything protected and sharable with no issues.

Not only was the neocities website moved but so was the Fandom. Despite how fandom is widely known and used for communities, we wanted a clean, official, more easier way to show info and moving it to Google Slides also seemed like the right decision.

Birthdays and Anniversaries

Many many many many times have we forgotten to celebrate the comics that we have made! many birthdays have went by and we haven't noticed them. So now there are events for every birthday that our comics have.

In November 2023 I teased mod applications for this server after a couple of raids have happened. Now that the 50 member limit has been exceeded we can finally allow moderation from others!
