She also works with professionals who need transformation from the current state to an ideal state be it in career or as independent professionals. As a Visiting Faculty in the area of Strategic Management, she believes in looking at the realm of "choosing what not to do" as a first step in an strategic intent and promotes these ideas through interactive blended learning processes.
