Ambika is a Visiting Faculty at Business Schools, teaching Strategic Management and it's spin-offs including Strategic Marketing and Strategic people management. She facilitates the courses in strategy through blended learning, using the case method.

Ambika S Kulshrestha is also a Business & Strategy Coach, helping individuals and group, especially founders/CXOs of startups develop a sustainable vision and stay focused on their core objectives. She also coaches Executives in aligning themselves to their ideal selves, using techniques including appreciative inquiry and positive psychology.

Ambika has around 20 years of corporate experience and the significant part of it was involved in working with Citi, the world class Financial services and Banking conglomerate

Ambika has a MBA (Marketing) from IASE University, India and a Masters in Commerce from the University of Mumbai. She has studied Business Strategy at the University of Virginia and has taken certificate in Business Coaching.
