અંબિકા હોસ્ટેલ ના નિતિ અને નિયમો

Rules & Regulation for AMBIKA HOSTEL

1)     હોસ્ટેલ ની સુવિધા વિદ્યાર્થીઓને નિયત કરેલ સત્ર દરમિયાન જ મળશે, વેકેશન દરમિયાન જાળવણી માટે રૂમ અને બેડ ખાલી કરી આપવાના રેહશે, બીજા સેમેસ્ટરની પરીક્ષા પૂર્ણ થયેલ હોસ્ટેલ રૂમ ખાલી કરી આપવાનો રહેશે.

    Hostel accommodation will be made available to student only for the stipulated actual duration of the term, which he is in during vacation, the         student are abiding to vacate   the room for required time for maintenance. Completion of second semester exam student must be checkout the

hostel room with all his luggage.

2) વિદ્યાર્થીએ હોસ્ટેલના એરીયામાં આપવામાં આવતી સુવિધા ઓ જેમ કે પાણી, ઇલેક્ટ્રીક, ફર્નિચર વગેરેનો ઉપયોગ શિસ્ત પૂર્વક અને નુકસાન ન થાય તે રીતે કરવો. વિદ્યાર્થીઓ કોઇ પણ જીતનું લખાણ રૂમ ની દીવાલો કે રૂમ ના ફરનિયર કે પછી રૂમ ની વસ્તુઓ નુકસાન માટે જવાબદાર ગણાશે અને વહીવટદાર જે નકકી કરે તેટલું નુકસાન વિદ્યાર્થી એ અચૂક ભરવાનું રહશે.

        Student must observe complete discipline inside the paying guest premises and see that no wasteful improve and destructive use in made of amenities such as water, electricity, furniture etc. The student shall be responsible for any damage done in the building or any other articles in the paying guest and will be required to pay the damage   as  decided by the management.

3)    દરેક વિદ્યાર્થી એ તેના વર્તનરૂપ થી હોસ્ટેલ મા રહેતા બીજા કોઈ પણ ને અગવળ ના થાય તેનુ ધ્યાન રાખવાનુ રેહશે.

   Each student will see that his action does not lead to breach of privacy or cause inconvenience to other residence of the Hostel.

4)     દરેક વિદ્યાર્થી ની સલામતી ની જવાબદારી તેમની પોતાની રેહશે, વિદ્યાર્થી એ બહાર જતી વખતે તેમના રૂમ ને બરાબર બંધ કરવાના રહશે અને જો કોઇ પણ વસ્તુ ની ચોરી થાય તો તેની જાણકારી તાત્કાલિક વહીવટ કર્તા ને કરવાની રહેશે.

  Security of student's belonging to their own responsibility. The student have to make sure that to lock the room properly before they leave for the day's schedule. Any theft 

        should be brought into the knowledge of  management.

5)     વિદ્યાર્થીઓ ને ફાળવેલા રૂમ અને બેઠક નો જ ઉપયોગ કરવાનો રેહશે અને બદલી સકાસે નહી, જો વિદ્યાર્થી એ આ વ્યવસ્થા બદલવી હસે તો વહીવટ કર્તા ની પરવાનગી લેવી જરૂરી છે.

Student cannot change their room or seat in any circumstances or student want to change with permission of management.

6)     વહીવટ કર્તા એ નક્કી કરેલ મેનેજર દ્વવારા ગમે ત્યારે વિદ્યાર્થી ઓને ફાળવેલા રૂમ ની તપાસ કે ચેકીગ કરી સકશે.

   The Official of the AMBIKA HOSTEL managemnt have to right ot inspect any hostel room at any time.

7)     વિદ્યાર્થી એ રાતે ૧૦:૦૦ પછી ક્યાય જવુ નહી અને જો જવું હોય તો લેખીત મા જાણ કરી પરવાનગી લેવાની રેહશે. વિધાર્થી આખી રાત માટે વહીવટકર્તા ની પરવાનગી વગર કયાય પણ રાત્રિ રોકાણ કરી શકશે નહીં, રાત્રિ રોકાણ ની પ્રવાનગી લેખિત મા આપવા ની રેહશે, અને જયા રાત્રી રોકાણ કરવાનુ હોય તે સ્થળ નું સરનામું અને ટેલીફોન નં: લેખિત મા આપ્યા બાદ જ પરવાનગી મલશે.

      AMBIKA HOSTEL students are not allowed to go anywhere after 10 o'clock if he want to go anywhere he will have to give the written information. Students should not stay overnight out of the paying guest without the permission of the management. Permission for such requirement should be sought in writing, indicating the address with the telephone number at which the student will be spending the night.

8) કોઈ પણ વિદ્યાર્થી ના વાહલીએ વહીવટ કર્તા ની મંજૂરી મેળવ્યા બાદ જ વિદ્યાર્થી ને મળવા નુ રેહશે.

   The parents can meet with the permission of the manager on duty.

9) વિદ્યાર્થીઓ એ ધારદાર સાધન અથવા હથીયાર નો ઉપયોગ કરવાની મંજૂરી મળશે નહી.

    Students are not permitted to use or processes the equipment such as heater and sharp edged weapons.

10)   વિદ્યાર્થી પોતાના રૂમ પાર્ટનર ને વાચન કરતી વખતે અથવા સુવા ના સમયે પરેશાન કરવા નહીં. કોઇ પણ વિદ્યાર્થી પોતાના રૂમ માં ઊંચા આવાજે બોલી સક્સે નહીં.

    Everybody should take care that he does not disturb other room-partners while reading or sleeping. Nobody should speak loudly in room or            dining hall.

11)   કોઈ પણ સંજોગો માં ખરાબ ટેવ અથવા ખરાબ વર્તન ચલાવી લેવામાં આવશે નહીં, દરેક વિદ્યાર્થીએ ખરાબ વ્યવહાર અયોગ્ય વર્તણૂક અને કુટેવો થી દુર રેહવુ દરેક વિદ્યાર્થી એ સિસ્ત માં અચૂક રેહવુ જેની નોધ લેવા મા આવશે જેથી સિસ્ત માં  જ રેહવુ.

   In no case bad habits manners will be tolerated. Everyone has to refrain from undesirable behaviors or manners. Strict discipline has to be observed by all.

12)   કોઇ પણ કિંમતી વસ્તુ રૂમ માં રાખવી નહી જેમકે સોનું ચાંદી.

    Costly items are not permitted in room must like gold, silver etc.

13)   દરેક વિદ્યાર્થી એ સત્ર પુણ થતા રૂમ ખાલી કરવાનો રેહશે. તથા વહીવટમાં સત્ર ની વચ્ચે થી રૂમ ખાલી કરીને જનાર વિદ્યાર્થી ની ફી પરત કરશે નહી. જો વિદ્યાર્થી હોસ્ટેલ રૂમ ખાલી કરવા ઈચ્છે તો ૧ મહિના અગાઉ જાણ કરી હોસ્ટેલ રૂમ ખાલી કરી શકાશે.

   Everyone will have to vacate the hostel on completion of the terms and management will not give refund afterm fees, if student want to leave the paying guest between the terms. If student want of leave the hostel, student must be informed to management in one month advance before leave the hostel.

14)   જે વિદ્યાર્થીઓ નિયમ અને કાયદા તથા સિસ્ત નું પાલન નહી કરે તેમને ફરીથી એડમિશન આપવામાં આવશે નહીં. જો તમે જાણ કર્યા વગર વિદ્યાર્થીનું લગેજ હોસ્ટેલમાં રહેશે તો તેનો ચાર્જ લાગશે.

   Those who failed to follow the rules & regulation / discipline will not be admitted in the hostel again. student leave the hostel and student luggage are in hostel room then management charge for it.

15)   કોઈ પણ જાતના (કાર) ના ચિત્રો કે સુત્રો દિવાલ પર લગાડવાની કે લખવા ની સખ્ત મનાઈ છે.

    Photos or drawing & slogans will not be allowed to be posted on the common areas/ rooms.

16)   સત્ર ફી અને ડિપોઝીટ વગેરે પેહલે થી જમા કરાવાની રેહશે, હોસ્ટેલની ફી બે સેમેસ્ટરની રહેશે. તે બીજા વર્ષ માટે હોસ્ટેલમાં રહેવાનું હોય તો ફોર્મ નવેસરથી ભરવાનું રહેશે.

    Students will have to pay hostel fees / charges and deposits as in advance without fall. Hostel fees for two semesters (whole year). If student want to continue for next year in hostel, student must be fill-up form again.

17)   દરેક વિદ્યાર્થી ના મુલાકાતીઓ તથા બહારના વિદ્યાર્થી ઓ એ વહીવટકર્તા ને પોતાની બધી જ જાણકારી આપ્યા બાદ જ વિદ્યાર્થી ને મળી સકશે. વિદ્યાર્થીઓ ના બહાર વિદ્યાર્થીઓ અને મુલાકાતીઓ ને રાત્રી રોકાણ કરવા ની મંજૂરી નથી.

   All the visitors including non-resident students should record their details of visits in the register kept on the reception counter and night holt is strictly prohibited of  non - residence student's or friends.

18)   કોઈપણ જાત ની બિમારી ની જાણ તાત્કાલિક વહીવટકર્તા ને કરવી. બિમારી અસ્માત તથા કોઈ પણ ઈમરજનસી માં વિદ્યાર્થી તથા રૂમ પાટનર અને આસપાસ ની રૂમ ના વિદ્યાર્થીઓ એ તાત્કાલિક વહીવટકર્તા ને જાણ કરવી.

   If you can feel any illness informs the management. If any emergency or accident the room partner or any

   other student must be inform to the management.

19)   મનોરંજન ની પ્રવૃતિ જેમકે ટેલિવિઝન, સંગીત કે પછી રમત-ગમત વગેરે રાત્રી ના ૧૧:૦૦ પહેલા બંધ કરી દેવી આ બાબતનુ ખાસ ધ્યાન રાખવુ અને આનું ઉલ્લંગન કરવુ નહી.

    All recreation activities such as television, music, sports and other recreation activities must stop by 11.00 mid-night. Any violation will severely       be dealt with,

20)   જો કોઈ સંગીત સાંભળતા હોય તો તેનો અવાજ ધીમો રાખવો જેથી કરીને બીજા વિદ્યાર્થીઓને હેરાનગતી ના થાય.

    The noise level of musical instruments should be kept minimal so as not to disturb to other.

21)   વહીવટકર્તા ની પરવાનગી વગર કોઈ પણ ઉજવણી કે સામાજિક (મેળવળા) પણુ કરવું નહી.

   No celebration or social gatherings shall held in the paying guest premises without their permission of the mariager.

22)   સ્ટાફ અંગેની કોઈ પણ ફરીયાદ મેનેજર અથવા વહીવટકર્તા ને કરવી સ્ટાફ સાથે કોઇ પણ જાતની માથાકુટ કે રકઝક કરવી નહીં.

    All complaints about the staff working the paying guest shall be made to the warden or hostel management

    and under no circumstance the student's abuse or assault the staff.

23)   જુગાર, દારૂ, સટ્ટો, તમ્બાકૂ, ધુમ્રપાન તથા ગુટખા નું સેવન કરવુ નહી જેની સખ્ત મનાઈ છે. આ વસ્તુ સરકાર ના કાયદા અને નિયમ પ્રમાણે છે તેનો ભંગ કરનાર સામે સરકારી કાયદા કાનૂન પ્રમાણે કાર્યવાહી થઇ શકે છે તથા તેવા વિદ્યાર્થી ની હોસ્ટેલ ની સુવિધા તાત્કાલિક રદ કરાશે.

   Gambling, possession and use of alcoholic drink and tobacco-guthka and narcotics anywhere within the AMBIKA HOSTEL premises are strictly prohibited. This is in accordance with the legal requirements of the state and any breach of this clause under state laws will be dealt with according to law. In addition, hostel facilities will also be withdrawn forthwith immediately.

24)   હોસ્ટેલની સુવિધાઓ માટે વિદ્યાર્થીઓના ભવિષ્ય માટે વિદ્યાર્થીઓનો અભિપ્રાય આવકાર્ય છે.

   Student are encouraged to take up suggestions for improvement regarding residential facilites management

25)   હોસ્ટેલ ની પ્રિમાયસિસ કે બહાર કોઈ પણ જાતના અસ્માત માટે વહીવટકર્તા જવાબદાર રહેશે નહીં.

    AMBIKA HOSTEL management will not responsible for any kind of accident of students in AMBIKA HOSTEL area or outside are of the AMBIKA HOSTEL premises.

26)   ચડી અને બરમુડા નો ઉપયોગ પોતાના રૂમ માજ કરવાનો રહેશે.

    Half pent or Bermuda is allowed in their rooms.

27)   જો કોઈ વિદ્યાર્થી કોઈ પણ ઇલેક્ટ્રોનિક સ્વીચ બંધ કરવાનું ભુલી જશે તો દંડ પેટે રૂપિયા 500/- ચાર્જ કરવામાં આવશે.

      If a student forgets to turn off any electronic switch, a penalty of Rs.500 / - will be charged.

28)   વહીવટી સંસ્થા ને કોઈપણ જાતના પેહલે થી જાણ કાર્ય વગર ઉપર ના નિયમો માં તોડ તાડ કરવાની તથા નવા નિયમો ઘડવાની સત્તા છે.

   The administrative body has the power to break the above rules and make new rules without any prior notice.

29)   આ નિયમો મેં ધ્યાન થી વાંચ્યા છે અને સમજ્યા છે, હું દરેક નિયમો પાડવા બંધાયેલો છું, મને જાણ છે કે હું કોઈ પણ નિયમો નું ઉલ્લંઘન કરીશ તો મારે આ હોસ્ટેલ તત્કાલ છોડવાની રહેશે.

  I have read and understood these rules carefully, I am bound to make every rule, I know that if I break any rules, I will have to leave this hostel.

30)   જ્યારથી હોસ્ટેલ માં તમે એડમિસન લો છો તે તારીખ થી એના પછી ના મહિના ની એજ તારીખે સવારે ૧૦:૦૦ વાગે તમારો મહિનો પૂરો થઇ જશે, જો એ પછી તમે હોસ્ટેલ માં રેહશો ૧ દિવસ અથવા તેના થી વધારે દિવસ તો તમારે પુરા મહિના ના પૈસા ચૂકવવા ના રહેશે અથવા તો તમારી ડિપોઝિટ પરત કરવા માં નહિ આવે.

   From the date you take admission in the hostel, your month will end at 10:00 am on the same date of the following month, if you stay in the hostel for 1 day or more then you do not have to pay the full month. or your deposit will not be refunded.

31)   તમારે હોસ્ટેલ છોડિને જવાનું હોય તો ઓછા માં ઓછું ૧ મહિના અગાઉ જાણ કરવા ની રહેશે તોજ ડિપોઝિટ પાછી મળશે, અને જો જાણ નહિ કરેલ હોય તો ડિપોઝિટ પરત કરવામાં આવશે નહિ એ ટાઇમે કોઈ પણ જાત ની તકરાર કે મગજમારી ચલાવવા માં આવશે નહિ.

   If you want to leave the hostel, you must inform at least 1 month in advance, then the deposit will be returned, and if not informed, the deposit will not be returned.

32)  જયારે તમે હોસ્ટેલ માં એડમિસન લેશો ત્યારે આ ડોક્યુમેન્ટ આપવાના રહેશે

    ૧ - પાસપોર્ટ સાઈઝ ફોટો

   ૧ - આધારકાર્ડ ની કોપી

    This document has to be given when you take admission in the hostel

    1 - Passport size photograph

    1 - Copy of Aadhaar Card

33)  એ સમયે ફોર્મ વાંચ્યા પછી જ ફોર્મ ભરવા નું રહેશે તે વખતે એક ભાડું એડવાન્સ અને એક ભાડું ડિપોઝિટ આપવાની રહેશે જે ડિપોઝિટ તમે સામાન લઇ જતી વખતે ઓફિસ માં ફોર્મ માં રીસિવ માં સહી કરી ડિપોઝિટ પરત મળશે

   At that time the form has to be filled only after reading the form, at that time one fare advance and one fare deposit have to be given which deposit will be returned by signing the receipt form in the office while carrying the luggage.

 34)   ડિપોઝિટ નો ઉપયોગ ડિપોઝિટ પેટેજ કરવામાં આવશે એમાં કોઈ પણ જાત નું સેટલમેન્ટ કરવામાં આવશે નહિ.

  The deposit will be used as deposit and no settlement of any kind will be made.
