Ambient REI LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Texas-based consulting and event hosting company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information in connection with our real estate networking events, including those registered through Eventbrite.

We may collect the following information when you register for or attend our events:

• Information you provide via Eventbrite, including your name, email address, phone number, and role (if provided).

• We do not collect or store payment information; payment processing is handled by Eventbrite and its payment processors.

• Our events are intended for adults and are restricted to individuals 21 years of age or older and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to:

• Manage event registration, attendance, and check-in.

• Send event-related communications such as confirmations, reminders, and updates.

• Communicate with you about future events or related services. You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications at any time. You will continue to receive event-related communications necessary for participation, such as confirmations and reminders.

• Analyze and improve our events using aggregated data.

3. Information Sharing

We may share your information in the following ways:

• Eventbrite: We use Eventbrite to manage registrations and event logistics. Your information is also subject to Eventbrite’s privacy practices.

• Event Sponsors: We may share limited attendee information (such as name, email, phone, and role if provided) with event sponsors. By completing registration and the required consent at registration, you consent to your information being shared with event sponsors.

Sponsors are independent third parties and may contact you regarding their products or services. Their use of your information is subject to their own privacy       practices, and we do not control or take responsibility for how they use your information.

• Service Providers: We may use service providers such as venues or photographers to support event operations. These providers generally do not receive attendee personal information and are used only as needed to support event operations.

 4. Photography and Media

• We may photograph or record video during our events for promotional, marketing, and informational purposes.

• By attending our events, you consent to being photographed or recorded and to the use of your image, likeness, and voice in marketing materials, social media, and other promotional content, without compensation.

• By attending, you agree to the use of your image or likeness as described in this section.

5. Your Choices and Rights

You may:

• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at ambientrei@gmail.com.

• Choose whether to register for events, which may require consent to share information with event sponsors.

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails from us at any time by following the instructions in the message.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including for event operations, communications, and business recordkeeping, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

We may retain certain information for longer periods where necessary to maintain suppression lists, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.

7. Security

We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. Eventbrite maintains primary responsibility for the security of information stored on its platform.

8. Third-Party Responsibility

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of Eventbrite, event sponsors, or other third parties who may receive your information. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
