This privacy policy describes how Ambi Mx ("ambi mx", "we", "us" or "our") uses data in applications (Photo Widget - Simple Widget) downloaded from the store Google Play.
The purpose of this policy is to provide you with all important information and explanations about how and why some of your data may be collected and processed by Ambi Mx when you use this application.
1. Permissions used by us in the application
Permissions provided by the device: For the application to function normally, the necessary permissions are required.
We use some rights that you should know about:
WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: This permission is used to access, modify, and store files in the phone memory.
READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: This permission is used to access files in the phone memory.
READ_MEDIA_IMAGES: Starting from Android 13, this permission will replace the WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE and READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE permissions. It specifies allowed access to the device's photos.

2. We use a number of third party services to identify you
When you install and use Ambi Mx mobile apps & games, these applications will use third party services that may collect and process some of your data for advertising and analytics purpose. You will find a list of our partners the privacy policies of their services that describe their practices and allow you to exercise your rights directly toward them hereafter.
Ad Partners that allow us to monetize the ad inventory of our apps and provide users with free products and services. Those partners usually collect data via their own tools (Software Development Kits or “SDK”). You will find a list of our partners implementing advertising SDKs through our applications in the section below.
Analytics Platforms that provide us with tools and technologies that allow us to better understand how users interact with our services and will help us improve it. Those partners also usually collect data via their own SDKs. You will find a list of our partners implementing analytical SDKs through our applications in the section below.
App Market & Store that allows you download / purchase our apps and games. When you download or make an in-app purchase, the app market & store on your device may collect personal information from you.

3. How we use your personal information?
We currently use user information to improve application performance. Or the advertising partners may use them to analyze whether the advertising services are effective or not or related to the ad serving service that we attach the link to the 3rd party service policy in section 2 above. Third party service providers are only permitted to use the data we provide them to perform the services they are providing us.
We may collect user gestures in some in-app features. We monitor it to see which features are of most interest to users and then come up with a strategy to improve the app's features.
In addition, we can collect device name, operating system version,... in the feedback section in the application. This information helps us know which devices are having problems. You can delete them if you find them unnecessary before you send us a feedback email.
We are committed not to use your personal information for the purpose of buying, selling or exchanging outside.
4. Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Our apps, games, web sites or other services may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. Ambi Mx never knowingly or willingly collect any personal data concerning children under 16 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. We assumes no responsibility for the disclosure of personal particulars or other customer information caused by (I) the other websites linked with our website or referred to in our website, products or services; (II) third party software or coding incorporated in our website, products or services; or (III) the incorporation of any part of our products into the websites, products or services provided by third parties, as well as any legal dispute and consequence resulting from any of (I)-(III).
We assumes no responsibility when it or a third party uses your personal information in accordance with provisions of relevant laws or regulations or this privacy policy.
We assumes no responsibility when your personal information is disclosed due to unpredictable and inevitable risks of the internet, including without limitation: hijacking, virus attack, temporary site closure or server closure resulted from government control and inevitable technical defects of the software due to technical level at the time of development.
