My Why
My journey toward founding Amber’s Babysitting Services began not in a boardroom, but in my own home — as a working mother. I experienced firsthand the challenges of balancing a full-time career while ensuring my children received safe, loving, and reliable care. I know what it feels like to search for someone you can truly trust with your child, and the peace of mind that comes when you find the right person.
In those moments — juggling schedules, managing responsibilities, and striving to be present for both my career and my family — I realized that reliable childcare is not a luxury. It is a lifeline.
My background in early childhood education, combined with my professional experience in human resources and operational leadership, has uniquely prepared me to build and lead this company with both structure and heart. My professional experience gave me the tools to build a strong, dependable business. My personal experience gave me the purpose.
