For an electronic product: delivery is immediate.
Article 6: Guarantee
When a warranty is offered on the product presentation page, it is valid within the framework described on the product presentation page.
Certain warranties do not come into effect if and only if the customer performs the actions detailed on the product purchased.
We reserve the right to request the customer to provide proof of completion of these necessary steps.
