We strongly recommend upgrading your clients to the latest version as previous resolutions and features are no longer applied to clients versions that have reached their EOL. If you are using a client version that has reached its EOL, contact the AWS support team for more information.

A: By logging into your Amazon WorkSpace from the Amazon WorkSpaces client application, the service will automatically restart your Amazon WorkSpace. When you first attempt to log in, the client application will notify you that your Amazon WorkSpace was previously stopped, and that your new session will start once your WorkSpace has resumed.

The same applies when you need to roll back to a previous version of your Lambda function. In this scenario, you just update the PROD alias to point to a different function version. There is no need to update event source mappings.

One solution I've found that works if your in a pinch is to go to a previous (working) version of lambda, download the deployment package, redeploy the downloaded zip package using the aws cli. I'm sure there is a more elegant solution but if you're in a pinch and you need something right now this works.

I've found a temporary workaround, although I can't say I love it. The workspaces client is using needs OpenSSL 1.x. Ubuntu 22.04 does not ship with this, nor is it readily available in the standard repos. I was able to manually install the package with

As @feasoron wrote, the client uses an older version of the SSL lib. The impish repository has libssl1.1 that is needed by the workspacesclient. The upgrade saves the old apt configuration so you can mv /etc/apt/sources.list.distUpgrade /etc/apt/sources.list.d/sources-impish.list. Then remove everything from it except the security repositories.

my instance of postman was stuck when trying to prepare workspaces too, What finally worked for me was to install from v6 again and then follow instructions from postman itself to do updates v7 and then v8.
