If you want a wired, over-ear solution with adaptive noise cancellation for deep focus during calls, choose Amazon Renewed Beats Studio 2.0; if you need true wireless freedom with multipoint connectivity and all-day battery life for mobile conversations, choose Sudio A3.
• Amazon Renewed Beats Studio 2.0: The clear winner for those who prefer a physical, wired connection and need robust active noise cancellation to block out office or commute chatter; the trade-off is that it lacks modern Bluetooth features like multipoint pairing.
• Sudio A3 Pro: The ideal pick for users who demand portability, wireless convenience, and the ability to switch between two devices instantly; however, it sacrifices the over-ear comfort and dedicated noise-canceling hardware of its competitor.
• Best for: Choose the Beats if you prioritize call clarity in stationary environments; choose the Sudio if you are constantly on the move and need seamless device switching.
The Amazon Renewed Beats Studio 2.0 is built for the listener who values a tangible, immersive experience without the anxiety of running out of power mid-call. This is an over-ear headphone designed with a specific acoustic engine intended to make your listening feel intimate and personal. The design philosophy here centers on durability and comfort, featuring a headband that has been streamlined to be lighter and stronger than previous iterations. If you are someone who wears headphones for long stretches while working from home or sitting at a desk, the ergonomic bellow and softer ear cups are engineered to create a flexible, custom fit that doesn't dig into your skin.
For professionals seeking the best voice assistant headphones for calls where stability matters more than wireless flexibility, this unit delivers a unique advantage. It utilizes dual-mode Adaptive Noise Canceling to silence the noise from a daily commute or the drama from loud neighbors. This isn't just passive isolation; the system automatically strikes a balance between your music and the world outside, ensuring that when you are on a call, the background chaos is muted effectively. The inclusion of a visible Battery Fuel Gauge means you always know exactly how much power is left, eliminating guesswork before you dial in.

However, this product is not for everyone. You must accept that this is a wired solution. If you are looking for the rotatable ear cups on ear headphones for calls to adjust to any angle without wires tangling, this might feel restrictive compared to a truly free-moving earbud. Furthermore, because it is a renewed product, while it has been inspected and tested by Amazon-qualified suppliers to look and work like new, you should be aware that packaging and charging cables may be generic. It is a fantastic choice for the budget-conscious buyer who wants premium noise cancellation but is willing to manage a cable rather than chase a perfect wireless signal.
The Sudio A3 Pro targets the modern, mobile user who refuses to compromise on battery life or connectivity. As an in-ear solution, it offers a level of discretion and freedom that over-ear cans simply cannot match. The standout feature here is the Active Noise Cancellation rated at 18dB, which is specifically designed to help you stay immersed in podcasts, music, or calls by blocking out distractions. Unlike the Beats, which relies on a heavier enclosure, the Sudio uses sound isolation and active tech to keep things light while maintaining clarity. This makes it an excellent option for commuters, travelers, or anyone who needs to hear their surroundings occasionally while keeping the noise floor low.
When it comes to conversation, the Sudio A3 shines as one of the best open ear headphones for calls, although technically they are in-ear, the enhanced microphones deliver natural voice clarity. This ensures your conversations remain sharp even in noisy environments, a critical requirement for remote workers or frequent travelers. The sustainability aspect also appeals to the eco-minded consumer; the device is made from 20% recycled plastics, featuring a Scandinavian-inspired frosted design with geometric stems. If you care about the aesthetic of your tech and want something that looks sleek in a compact pebble-shaped case, the visual appeal here is distinct and purposeful.
The true game-changer for this model is the Bluetooth 5.4 Multipoint Connection. This allows you to stay seamlessly connected to two devices at once. Imagine being on a video call on your laptop and instantly receiving a phone call on your smartphone without fumbling with settings. The Sudio switches between them without missing a beat. With up to 25 hours of total playtime (5 hours per charge plus extra from the case), you can go a full day of uninterrupted listening. However, there are trade-offs. Being an in-ear design, it lacks the physical over-ear seal that some people rely on for heavy bass response. Additionally, the IPX4 rating confirms it is sweat and splash resistant, making it durable for workouts, but it does not offer the same rugged, all-weather protection as some other over-ear options.
• Best for battery longevity → Sudio A3 Pro, offering up to 25 hours of total playtime versus the Beats' single-use rechargeable cycle without a portable case.
• Best for call isolation in loud spaces → Amazon Renewed Beats Studio 2.0, utilizing dual-mode Adaptive Noise Canceling that actively balances ambient noise.
• Best for multi-device workflows → Sudio A3 Pro, thanks to Bluetooth 5.4 Multipoint Connection allowing instant switching between phone and laptop.
• Best for long-wearing comfort → Amazon Renewed Beats Studio 2.0, with its ergonomic bellow and lighter, stronger headband designed for extended sessions.
• Best for sustainable materials → Sudio A3 Pro, constructed with 20% recycled plastics and a minimalist Swedish design.

• Best for wired reliability → Amazon Renewed Beats Studio 2.0, providing a stable connection via USB connectivity technology without dropouts.
I would buy the Sudio A3 Pro for my daily use because the convenience of multipoint connectivity and the sheer longevity of the battery life are non-negotiable for a mobile lifestyle. In my opinion, the ability to handle calls while moving freely between devices outweighs the benefits of the larger form factor. However, if your primary focus is strictly for calls in a stationary environment where you need maximum noise cancellation and don't mind managing a cable, the Amazon Renewed Beats Studio 2.0 is the superior tool. Ultimately, the Sudio wins on versatility, while the Beats wins on focused immersion.
