Earlier this year, I spent a week at the Amazon Natural Healing Center, with Shaman Victor and Owner/General Manager Weninger Pezo and his wife Karin. This place gave me the solitude and peace I needed to follow my healing journey with Ayahuasca. I was able to fully focus on my intentions. I will be coming back for more sessions knowing that I am in a safe and welcoming place, with plenty of expert guidance and positive reinforcement.
I highly recommend this boutique jungle lodge because it individualizes the journey rather than relying on group therapy, like so many other places in the Iquitos area. Plus, I also know that the shaman makes his own ayahuasca based on centuries of traditions within his family. Many other places openly buy their ayahuasca at the Belen market, where there is no guarantee about the authenticity or purity. Here, at the Center, I can participate in the making of Ayahuasca.

What an amazing discovery I made when I stayed for a week at Amazon Natural Healing Center in Iquitos, Peru. The owner and General Manager, Weninger Pezo, was most professional and yet in a kind and caring way. He explained to me the need to adhere to a diet prior to drinking Ayahuasca with the shaman. This diet involves the four “S” regiment. Simply stated, that means to minimize or eliminate salt, sugar, spice, spirits, and sex from your routine as much as possible. At least for a week before drinking Ayahuasca. And a week after.
My week-long experience with this amazing Center was to emerge healthier and with many new insights on my life path. I whole-heartedly encourage anyone seeking natural healing and wellness to experience the Amazon Natural Healing Center. I recommend at least a week, or a month if you can take the time. It is simply life-changing.

I spent a couple days two different times at your Amazon Natural Healing Center. I might add that I enjoyed my Ayahuasca sessions with Shaman Victor and found them tremendously helpful for the healing, insights and spiritual growth I was seeking. I found the answers I was seeking.
I encourage all to follow the diet prescribed by the Center for maximizing your experience. The place is perfect for all sizes of groups. Shaman Victor is first class as are the owners and staff. Thank you for everything. I will be back many times more.
