Free trials of Amazon Chime through Comcast Business automatically ended on October 31, 2020, and trial customers no longer have access to their Amazon Chime Pro accounts. To continue using Amazon Chime Pro, you will need to create a new account through the Amazon Chime website.

When your administrator invites you to join an Amazon Chime Pro Team, you should receive an email prompting you to download the Amazon Chime application. Follow the instructions below to complete the setup process and start collaborating with your colleagues on Amazon Chime.

Download and install an Amazon Chime client or begin with the Amazon Chime web app. Starting the app and select Sign in / Sign up and input your work email address. Tap on Create a new Amazon account. Give information of your name, your work email address, Create a strong password and select Create your Amazon account.

Amazon Chime app setup

  1. Download and install Amazon Chime client or get started with the Amazon Chime web app.

  2. Launch the app and choose Sign in / Sign up and enter your work email address.

  3. Tap Create a new Amazon account.

  4. Give your name, your work email address, set a strong password and select Create your Amazon account.

  5. Grant access for your Amazon account to be used with Amazon Chime by choosing Allow.

  6. View your Inbox for an email from Amazon Chime and choose Verify Me.

  7. Welcome to Amazon Chime!

  8. Go to https://aws.amazon.com/chime/download for information about downloading Amazon Chime for your other devices. Sign in using your new account credentials and your devices will be synced.

How to login Chime amazon

  1. Go to their website or click on HERE

  2. Input your Email address or phone number

  3. Input your password

  4. Tap on sign in!!!!

Download Amazon Chime

  1. Select Accept! in your invitation email to begin setting up your Amazon business account. You can also access the Amazon Chime app download page directly (and skip to step 3).

  2. Select Download Amazon Chime (or launch the web app to access through your browser).

  3. Start your client download based on your device and operating system.

Amazon Chime Login Set up your account

  1. Once downloaded, launch the app, enter your business email address (the one your download invitation was addressed to or the one you use for business calendar meetings) and select Sign in / Sign up.

  2. Select Login with Amazon (you’ll be able to enter your email address in the following steps).

  3. Select Create your Amazon account or, if your Team invite was sent to the same email you use for Amazon shopping, enter that email and password here and sign in.

  4. Enter your info. The Name you enter will be displayed to your Amazon Chime contacts and the email should be the same one you entered in step 4. Set a strong password and select Create your Amazon account when you’re done.

  5. Check your email and enter the one-time password (OTP), then select Create your Amazon account.

  6. Grant access for your Amazon account to be used with Amazon Chime by choosing Allow on the following screen.

  7. Check your email one more time and select the Verify Me link to complete setup.
