Welcome to Amaze: Paint Puzzle ("we", "our", or "us"). We are dedicated to protecting your privacy and ensuring a transparent, secure gaming experience for all our players. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, store, handle, and protect your information when you install, play, or access Amaze: Paint Puzzle on Android mobile devices and web platforms.
By downloading, installing, or playing Amaze: Paint Puzzle, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We strictly adhere to the principle of data minimization. We only collect the minimal information necessary to provide core gameplay, cloud save synchronization, and competitive multiplayer features:
A. Account Information (Optional)
• Email Address: Collected only if you choose to create an account via Supabase Authentication for cloud saves and cross-device sync.
• Encrypted Password: Password credentials are salted, hashed, and managed exclusively by Supabase Authentication. We never see, access, or store your plain-text password.
• Gamer ID: A custom 3-15 character player username chosen by you to identify your scores on leaderboards and in multiplayer matches.
B. Gameplay & Progression Data
• Puzzle Level Progress: Highest completed level (Level 1 to 2000+), level stars, and completion timestamps.
• Stats & Rewards: Remaining lives/hearts, daily streaks, unlocked artisan themes/finishes, shape album collection, and completed daily quests.
• Competitive AP (Amaze Points): Seasonal Amaze Points, global ranking position, and 1v1 duel win/loss records.
C. Device & Technical Identifiers
• Anonymous Local Device ID: A randomly generated client token (dev_...) stored locally on your device to remember game progress for players using Guest Mode.
• Operating System Compatibility: Used strictly by native Capacitor plugins (Local Notifications and Haptic feedback) to ensure reliable operation on Android devices.
D. What We NEVER Collect
• We do NOT collect real names, physical street addresses, or phone numbers.
• We do NOT collect credit card numbers, bank details, or financial data.
• We do NOT collect GPS coordinates or fine location tracking data.
• We do NOT access your phone contacts, photo gallery, media files, microphone, or camera.
• We do NOT utilize third-party behavioral advertising tracking SDKs.
3. GUEST MODE & OFFLINE PLAY
You can enjoy Amaze: Paint Puzzle without creating an account or signing in. When playing in Guest Mode:
• Zero personal information or email addresses are sent to any cloud server.
• All level progressions, themes, and sound settings are saved strictly in your device's local storage.
• You can play 100% offline without an active internet connection.
4. THIRD-PARTY INFRASTRUCTURE & SECURITY
We partner with enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure providers to keep your data secure:
• Supabase Inc.: Provides encrypted Postgres database hosting, authentication, and Realtime WebSocket communication for multiplayer duels. Data transmissions between your device and Supabase are encrypted using industry-standard TLS 1.3 / HTTPS (SSL) and protected by Row Level Security (RLS) policies.
• Google Play Services: Used for secure app distribution, installation integrity, and critical platform updates on Android devices.
5. LOCAL NOTIFICATIONS & DEVICE PERMISSIONS
Amaze: Paint Puzzle includes an optional streak reminder system:
• 100% On-Device: All reminders are scheduled and triggered locally by the native @capacitor/local-notifications engine on your physical phone. No remote push servers, tracking tokens, or ad beacons are used.
• Explicit Opt-In: Notifications are only enabled if you explicitly tap "Enable Reminders" or confirm the Android system permission prompt.
• User Control: You can customize, toggle, or turn off notifications at any time inside Profile > Notifications or in your Android system settings.
6. ACCOUNT DELETION & DATA RETENTION (GOOGLE PLAY DATA SAFETY COMPLIANCE)
We uphold your right to erase your data at any time:
• In-App Self-Serve Deletion: Any registered user can permanently delete their account directly within the game by tapping Profile > Delete Account & Data.
• Instant Permanent Purge: Confirming deletion executes a secure backend procedure (delete_my_account) that immediately and permanently deletes your email, credentials, Gamer ID, level progress, and leaderboard scores from our database. This action is instantaneous and irreversible.
• Guest Data Removal: Guest players can erase all local data immediately by clearing the app cache/storage in their device settings or uninstalling the app.
7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY (COPPA & GOOGLE PLAY FAMILIES POLICY)
Amaze: Paint Puzzle is designed as a family-friendly, general-audience puzzle game suitable for players of all ages:
• We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play Families Policies.
• We do not knowingly collect, request, or share personal data from children under 13 years of age (or under 16 in the European Economic Area).
• We do not use behavioral targeted advertising.
• If we become aware that personal information of a child was inadvertently collected without verifiable parental consent, we will immediately delete that information from our servers.
8. INTERNATIONAL DATA RIGHTS (GDPR / CCPA / DPDP)
Depending on your geographic location, you have the following rights:
• Right to Access: View all your profile stats, AP points, and level progress in the app.
• Right to Rectify: Edit or update your Gamer ID and avatar in Profile settings.
• Right to Erasure: Permanently delete your account and all associated data via the in-app delete button.
• Right to Restrict: Choose to play offline in Guest Mode without cloud synchronization.
9. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the application with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the game following updates signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", or "you") and Amaze Puzzle Team ("we", "our", or "us") regarding your access to and use of the Amaze: Paint Puzzle application on mobile (Android) and web platforms.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing Amaze: Paint Puzzle, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the game and must uninstall it immediately.
2. USER ACCOUNTS & GAMER ID POLICY
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
• Gamer ID Standards: Players may choose a unique Gamer ID (3 to 15 alphanumeric characters). We strictly prohibit Gamer IDs that:
- Contain profanity, vulgarity, hate speech, discrimination, or sexual references.
- Harass, bully, or defame other players or developers.
- Impersonate official staff, administrators, or other players.
- Promote commercial advertisements, external links, or spam.
We reserve the right to rename, reclaim, or ban offending Gamer IDs without prior notice.
• Guest Accounts: Guest mode data is stored locally. We are not liable for any lost progress if you clear your device storage, lose your device, or uninstall the app without linking an account.
3. RULES OF FAIR PLAY & ANTI-CHEAT
To maintain a fair, competitive, and enjoyable puzzle environment for all players, you agree NOT to:
• Use cheats, automated bots, macros, memory editors, speedhacks, or modified APK/AAB clients.
• Manipulate network requests, API endpoints, or database calls to fraudulently inflate Amaze Points (AP), levels, streak records, or lives.
• Exploit multiplayer rooms, room codes, or intentional disconnections to gain artificial leaderboard advantages.
• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or extract proprietary game assets, source code, or procedural wire-generation algorithms.
ENFORCEMENT: Any violation of Fair Play rules will result in immediate disqualification from competitive leaderboards, score resets, and permanent account termination.
4. VIRTUAL ITEMS & IN-GAME CURRENCY (AP)
• No Cash Value: Amaze Points (AP), puzzle lives/hearts, hints, avatars, and artisan themes are purely virtual entertainment features with ZERO real-world financial or monetary cash value.
• Non-Exchangeable: Virtual items cannot be sold, traded, gifted, redeemed, or refunded for real fiat currency, physical goods, or services outside of the game.
• Balance & Adjustments: We reserve the right to modify, balance, regulate, or reset seasonal leaderboards and point thresholds at our sole discretion.
5. 1V1 REAL-TIME MULTIPLAYER DUELS
• Room Codes: 4-character match codes are temporary and expire automatically after 10 minutes if no opponent joins.
• Match Forfeiture: Intentionally closing the app, navigating away, or disconnecting during an active duel is treated as an automatic loss/forfeit.
• Network Disclaimers: While our WebSocket architecture provides low latency, we are not responsible for match outcomes caused by cellular network instability, latency spikes, or device disconnects.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Unless otherwise stated, Amaze: Paint Puzzle, including all source code, procedural level generators, graphic designs, 3D maze models, artwork, animations, sound designs, and logos, is our proprietary intellectual property. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play the game for non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
7. TERMINATION & ACCOUNT DELETION
• By Player: You can permanently terminate and delete your account at any time using the in-app "Profile > Delete Account & Data" feature. Once confirmed, all your data is permanently and irreversibly purged from our database.
• By Us: We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, commit fraud, or disrupt the gameplay experience for others.
8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Amaze: Paint Puzzle is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Amaze Puzzle team be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the game, server maintenance downtime, or lost game progress.
9. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
