This privacy policy applies to anyone who uses any of AMAZE applications. This privacy policy discloses how AMAZE collects and use your information, if you use AMAZE applications, you agree to this policy. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS POLICY, DO NOT USE OUR APPS.

AMAZE reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change these terms, at any time without any formality. It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically for changes and/or updates. The AMAZE encourages you to periodically check back and review this statement so that you always will know what information the Network collects, how it is used and with whom it is shared. Your continued use of our Service following the posting of changes and/or updates will mean that you accept and agree fully and unequivocally to the changes.

Information Collection and Use

If you choose to create an account, you must provide us with some personal information, such as your name, username, password and email address. On applications, your name and username are listed publicly, including on your profile page and in search results, and you can use either your real name or a pseudonym. the contact information you provide to log in is not public. Some of our product features, such as searching and viewing public application posts, do not require you to create an account.

When do we collect information?

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Data"). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

· First name and last name

· Cookies and Usage Data

If you are a registered user of our applications, we provide you an access to correct, or modify the personal information you provided to us and associated with your account.

How do we use your information?

When you register for AMAZE applications account, we assign you a unique ID number that we use to recognize you when you are signed in to our services. This will recognize you if you sign in using the same account on a new device ,and we collect:

• your name;
• your email address;
• Some limited data from your social media profile , if you have signed in to AMAZE applications using your Google sign-in , or Facebook button .
• Your photograph, if you add one to your profile page.

You can choose to add a username to your profile page and you can use this when posting content or comments on our applications .

When you post information on a discussion board or comment publicly on one of our applications , the information you post and your username are publicly accessible. This information can be viewed online and collected by other people. We are not responsible for the way these other people use this information. When contributing to a discussion, we strongly recommend you avoid sharing any personal details, and especially information that can be used to identify you directly such as your name, age, address and name of employer for example. We are not responsible for the privacy of any identifiable information that you post in our online community .

For some of our applications, you may choose to log in through a third party online social service such as Facebook or Google . By logging in via this method, you are asking and consenting to the third-party service (such as Google) to send us certain information from your online social profile, and you authorize us to collect, store, and use in accordance with this Privacy Policy any and all information available to us through the third-party service. After you have connected to our services, the third-party service also sends us additional information from your existing profile that allows us to display personal information (such as your name and picture) on the online services you are using.

AMAZE may collect non-personal information about the mobile device or other device you use to access AMAZE applications, such as geolocation information, unique device identifiers, browser type, browser language and other transactional information.

AMAZE has hired third parties to provide information, reports and analysis about the usage, browsing patterns of users of AMAZE applications.

Information Collected by Third Parties

AMAZE applications use Third party services to provide customized recommendations to the user, gather service performance analysis, and personalized advertisement. These Third-party services may place or recognize cookies, web beacons or other technology to track certain non-personal information about users.

AMAZE does not have access to, nor control over, third party service providers, use of cookies or other tracking technologies or how they may be used.

The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Using Our Applications

You will post in the appropriate category or area and will not do any of the following bad things:

• infringe any third-party right;
• distribute or contain spam;
• distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm our applications or the interests or property of Our users;
• impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or interfere with the proper working of our applications;
• copy, modify, or distribute any other person's content;
• use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated means to access our Apps and collect content for any purpose without our express written permission;
• harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including email addresses, without their consent;
• include personal or identifying information about another person without that person's explicit consent;

Security

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 12. we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 12. In the case we discover that a child under 12 has provided me with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

Prohibited content

Any post that contains one or more of the below prohibited content will be deleted, and AMAZE reserves the right to permanently delete the user account, blacklisting the account, and/or reporting the content and the user information to Law Enforcement or the appropriate Authority.

Reporting Intellectual Property Infringements

Do not post content that infringes the rights of third parties. This includes, but is not limited to, content that infringes on intellectual property rights such as copyright . We reserve the right to remove content where we have grounds for suspecting the violation of these terms, our policies or of any party's rights. If you have a good faith belief that a listing on any of the AMAZE infringes your copyright, or other intellectual property rights, all you need to do is notify us . Only the intellectual property rights owner can report of potentially infringing items or listings.
