Terms and Conditions
We abide by a very simple policy catered to the customers. We require at least a $50 deposit for any booked service with remaining balance due within 2 weeks prior to the event. Customers are welcome to seek us for services and agree to do all prior research needed for offered services. If for any reason, staff of AMaysIn Productions cannot attend event after receiving a paid deposit, the paid deposit will be returned in full within 3-5 business days post cancelation. If for any reason the event time changes, notice must be provided as soon as possible to see if the new time can be accommodated. Please note that paid deposits represent a contract for the specific service, date and time. If the service time is extended, a fee will be charged. We allow a location change from the original to an alternate within 5 miles. If location change is more than 5 miles, a fee will be charged. Our machine rentals come with an attendant to lessen the responsibilities of the customers and to lower the amount of risk associated with possible damages to equipment. In the event that a customer is not adhering to safety precautions, they may be banned from participation. If any unruly behavior occurs, AMaysIn Productions Unlimited, LLC reserves the right to end services and retain any monies paid/due for booking. All services provided by AMaysIn Productions Unlimited, LLC is permitting based on weather. In the event weather does not permit for services, AMaysIn Productions Unlimited, LLC will make a final decision as to next steps, whether it be a grant to change the booking date, provide a credit to future services or offer a refund.Â
