He started his post college career at BASF in their Sales Professional Development program and spent 2 years in Portland and Detroit. He then landed an opportunity at Google in San Francisco as an Account Strategist where he helped small businesses with their digital marketing goals. Currently, he is an Account Manager at Google’s Large Customer Sales organization, where he manages the digital marketing strategies of Google’s top advertisers in the Finance industry. He is also the founder of Small Biz Heroes which is a global platform that connects business professionals with small businesses in need of free support.”
Joy Ofodu’s mission in life is to empower on/offline communities. She currently works in Technology as an Associate Brand Marketing Manager and has been inspiring young people to take action in their careers since 2014. Joy is the instructor of "Find Joy in Your Journey," an online course designed for young professionals. She is also a M.S. in Marketing student at Santa Clara University's Leavey School of Business and an alumna of the University of Southern California (B.A. Communication). In her free time, Joy is a dedicated sleeper, East Bay SPCA volunteer and portrait photographer.
Siria is a creative and innovative marketer with a passion for the arts and empowering the next generation. Siria currently serves as Marketing Manager for House of Blues Music Forward Foundation. Since beginning her career at Variety, Siria has led marketing initiatives for NBC, CBS, and AT&T/DIRECTV managing content strategy, live streaming, experiential, branding, and campaign launches for #1 shows and specials such as GRAMMYs®, TONYs®, Kennedy Center Honors, The Late and Late Late Shows (Stephen Colbert & James Corden), Big Bang Theory, Governors Ball NYC, and more. The music-loving CA native is also a founding member of music non-profit Rock n’ Roll Camp for Girls L.A.
Sarah Grosz is Head of Influencer Marketing at MuteSix. A college dropout who was fired from her first job. Sarah is a bold, energetic risk-taker whose path has led to over a million dollars for brands in trackable revenue. She manages a 10-person team and plays a fundamental role in leading the influencer and TikTok strategies for some of today’s most profitable DTC companies like Highline Wellness, Therogun, Snibbs, and Bev. Sarah has a certificate in Leadership Principles from Harvard Business School and serves on the Influencer Marketing Council at Dentsu, MuteSix’s parent company. Passionate about giving back and mentoring others, she is also a council member for the in Her Shoes Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to helping girls find their voices. Sarah spends her free time enjoying the beach, shopping at the locals farmers market, and soaking up the little things that make LA unique.
