Alive at Clementine, our first album, features Julia Catherine's award winning songwriting & vocals, adapted to a 6-piece band playing 11 instruments, adding a textured mix of various American musical styles and sounds. This 12-track live album features 11 original songs. The cover song on the album, Up To the Mountain, is written by Patty Griffin.

Bio: Hailing from the Shenandoah Valley, The Amateur Rodeo plays captivating original music written by the award-winning songwriter Julia Catherine and a variety of both familiar and obscure covers. This rodeo is heavily influenced by the rich music traditions in Virginia and presents All-Americana music, ranging from Appalachian folk to New Orleans Jazz.
