- Academic & Financial Data: Exam results, marks, attendance records, fee dues, payment history (amount, mode, date), and uploaded documents (e.g., certificates).
- Staff Information: For staff members, we collect:
- Personal Identification: Full Name, Employee ID.
- Contact Information: Phone Number.
- Login Credentials: Username and a hashed password.
- Professional Information: Role, permissions, attendance records (status, entry/exit times, remarks).
- Contact Form & Admissions: When you contact us through the app or fill out an admission form, we collect the information you provide, such as: Name, Phone Number, Email Address, Subject, and the content of your message.
b. Information We Collect Automatically
- Push Notification Token: If you grant permission, we collect your Expo Push Notification Token to send you important updates, such as new notices, fee reminders, or result publications.
- Usage Data: We may collect information on how the App is accessed and used. This includes your `lastActive` timestamp to help manage sessions. We do not collect sensitive device information beyond what is necessary for the app to function.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for various purposes integral to the functioning of the school and the App, including:
1. To Provide and Maintain Our Service: To authenticate users, provide academic and financial information, and allow staff to manage student data.
2. To Communicate With You: To send important notices and respond to your inquiries.
3. For Administrative & Operational Purposes: To manage student and staff records, facilitate admissions, generate reports, and maintain the security of our App.

- Within the School: Student information is accessible to authorized staff members (e.g., teachers, administrators) based on their roles and permissions for legitimate educational and administrative purposes.
- Service Providers: We may employ third-party companies to facilitate our Service (e.g., hosting). Our current backend is hosted on Render. These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
