Role: Project Team lead (Volunteer)
OBJECTIVES
Lead the design and implementation of community development initiatives aimed at improving educational access, skills acquisition, and socio-economic opportunities for underserved youth in Lagos and Oyo States. The program sought to equip participants with practical vocational skills, support school reintegration efforts, and create sustainable pathways for personal development, education, and future employability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Led the design and implementation of community development programs across Lagos and Oyo States, focused on expanding educational access and improving employability outcomes for underserved youth.
Directed the Back-to-School initiative in Oja-Oba, facilitating the enrollment of over 200 out-of-school children into formal education.
Managed the delivery of vocational and skills development programs for 50 children in Makoko, equipping participants with practical skills to support long-term socio-economic empowerment.
Cultivated partnerships with sponsors, trainers, community leaders, and local stakeholders to mobilize resources, funding, and technical support for program execution.
Led and coordinated volunteer teams, ensuring effective program planning, stakeholder engagement, and successful delivery of project objectives.
Established impact measurement and reporting processes to monitor participation, evaluate outcomes, and communicate program results to key stakeholders.

Facilitated the reintegration of 560 out-of-school children into formal education, expanding educational access in underserved communities.
Equipped 200+ children with practical vocational skills, supporting long-term employability and socio-economic empowerment.
