Experienced consultant in economics and public policy, with over than 15 years of expertise in survey data analysis, GIS-based regional analysis, and applied econometrics. Proven track record in social protection, migration, and SDG-related projects, delivering actionable, data-driven insights to national and international stakeholders.

Professional Experience (recent)

2019-2025 – Senior consultant International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD): using national census and survey data (Tunisia-HIMS, 2021) to conduct quantitative and qualitative studies related to national and international migration, labor market, education….

2019-2022 – Senior Consultant World Bank: Designed and led strategic analyses on social protection and internal migration (migration to secondary cities) based on census (2004 and 2014 censuses) and survey national data (AMEN social program data).

2019-2020 – senior consultant UN-Women: Using data from Tunisia Labor Market Panel Survey (TLMPS-2014) to analyze the gender gap in time allocation of care work activities in Tunisia.

2017-2019 – Senior Consultant PNUD:

• Collect and analyze available national and international data to build SDG indicators aligned with the UN 2030 Agenda.

• Propose practical solutions to address data gaps, and disaggregate resulting indicators (poverty, environment, ICT, etc.) by gender, region, age group, social group, etc.

• Facilitate collaborative workshops with key stakeholders (including public institutions, private sector representatives, and civil society) and engage in the development of the first Voluntary National Review report on Sustainable Development Goals in Tunisia.
