I don't track you - your location, or how and when you use the application.
You can use AMap to record a log of where you go. You start and stop this recording explicitly. The gpx file created stays on your device unless you explicitly send it elsewhere by sharing to another app, e.g. you send it as an email attachment or save it to your Google drive.
When you visit the "Map Downloads" screen, or download a map, your IP address and the User Agent string sent by your device may be recorded by the web servers I use, and this information may be available to me and the operators of the servers. I may inspect these logs from time to time to check how much use is made of the various downloads. No Cookies or device ID's or any such personal identifiers are used.
