Innovative researcher with expertise in CAR-T cell engineering, tumor antigen discovery, protein expression to advance therapeutic solutions in cancer immunotherapy and precision medicine. With expertise in CAR-T cell engineering, tumor antigen discovery, and molecular biology, I aim to develop innovative approaches to address unmet challenges in cancer treatment.
Currently, I work as an Assistant Research Scientist at the Perlmutter Cancer Center, NYU Langone Health, focusing on tumor target discovery, cross-HLA targeting, and pMHC production. My work combines computational biology, experimental research, and cutting-edge bioprocess optimization to create impactful solutions in immunotherapy.
Let’s explore the boundaries of science together.
Production of Essential Fatty acids from Supplement of Lactic Ferment Culture & Stoichiometric Modeling-Based Analysis of Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) Production- Guided by: Dr. Gwendoline Christophe, Polytech Clermont-Ferrand & Dr. Guhan Jayaraman, IIT Madras.
Conducted research on Crypthecodinium cohnii to enhance DHA and EPA production using lactic acid as an alternative carbon substrate, achieving significant improvements in yield.
Utilized HPLC and GC techniques for detailed analysis of lipid profiles, ensuring accurate quantification and optimization of essential fatty acid production.
Applied stoichiometric modeling and Flux Scanning based on Enforced Objective Flux (FSEOF) analysis to identify metabolic targets, resulting in a two-fold increase in DHA production efficiency.
Modelling and Control of Cold Storage Thermal Stability for Agricultural Products- Guided by: Prof. Dr. Nirav PravinBhai Bhatt, IIT Madras
Created a model to correlate the thermal variation and regulation of thermal energy on food or agricultural products and focuses on a nonlinear dynamic thermal energy in Cold Storage tanks.Â
3. Degradation of Lambda-cyhalothrin by Bacterial Strains- Guided by: Dr. Jayanthi Abraham, VIT Vellore
Achieved Isolation of the potential bacterial strains for the transformation and biodegradation of Lambda-cyhalothrin pesticide & bio-remediation of Lambda-cyhalothrin with the effective microbes and enzymes to degrade and detoxify the pollutants from the environment
4. A Bio-Mechanical Gait Pattern Review of Cheetah (Acinoyx jubatus)Â
This project aims to provide the structural and gait pattern analysis of the cheetah. Demonstrates the structural, anatomical and physiological properties which allows cheetah to achieve such velocity.
5. Study of Biotin-Human Serum Albumin (HSA) interaction through spectroscopic analysis - Guided by Dr. Priyankar Sen, VIT Vellore.
Study of kinetics of the interaction between proteins and ligands, to get guidelines of various drug dosages to patients suffering from acute pathogenic diseases.Â
6. Study of Nano-Biotechnological Methods for Cannabinoid Delivery In Cancer Treatment - Guided by Dr. Amitava Mukherjee, VIT Vellore
Formulated and enhanced drug loading property of PGLA nanoparticles to act effectively to cancerous cells.
