Dr. Hernandez is an Assistant Professor of Sociology an affiliate faculty member of the Race and Ethnic Studies and Feminist Studies programs at Southwestern University. Her main areas of expertise include feminism, sexism, U.S. Christianity, and white supremacy.
She is the author of Intersectional Identities of Christian Women in the United States: Faith, Race, & Feminism (Lexington 2024).
