Hello! My name is Amanda. I am a mixed media artist. My main inspirations to create would my personal experience growing up as an Asian American in purse of being an artist full time. In the future, I hope to become a blackwork tattoo artist to help people get in touch with their self-identity. Some other hobbies of mine include reading, crocheting, sewing, and hiking!

My finished works is mainly about self perception and the negative thoughts I have about myself I had in the past. I experimented with oil pastels, color pencils, gouache, pen and ink and through that I acknowledge my feeling in my younger years. Moving forward, I look to express more joyful experiences and design-focus into a career as a tattoo artist and illustration
